Abstract

It is crucial for a business to have a good performance to sustain the business for further growth and development.In order for the company to achieve a good performance, employees need to have a good performance. Therefore, the objectives of this research is to prove whether Employee Engagement have influence on Employee Performance at PT KetrosdenTriasmitra, Jakarta. Employee engagement refers to the active involvement of the employees in the workplace.Meanwhile, Employee performance refers to the employees’ capabilities in completing a certain tasks given by the organization. For this paper, the writer used quantitative research design and IBM SPSS Statistics V.25 application. The descriptive statistic and causal is used to explain about employee engagement and employee performance. The sampling technique used is census sampling method in which 85 employees who work at PT KetrosdenTriasmitra, Jakarta will become the population of the research. The hypothesis test is accepted with the value of the probability value 0,000 which is lower than the significant level which is 0.05. This shows that Employee Engagement have influence on Employee Performance at PT KetrosdenTriasmitra, Jakarta. Employee engagement have influence on employee performance by 87.2% while the remaining 12.8% is affected by other factors that are not analyzed in this research. In conclusion, the result of the analysis and research shows that Employee Engagement have influence on Employee Performance at PT Ketrosden Triasmitra, Jakarta. Moreover, the recommendation for the company is that the company should develop employee engagement strategies in its business to increase employee performance. / Sangatlah penting bagi suatu bisnis untuk memiliki kinerja yang baik dalam rangka mempertahankan bisnis untuk pertumbuhan dan pengembangan lebih lanjut. Agar perusahaan dapat mencapai kinerja yang baik, karyawan juga harus memiliki kinerja yang baik. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan apakah Keterlibatan Karyawan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Performa Karyawan di PT Ketrosden Triasmitra, Jakarta. Keterlibatan Karyawan mengacu pada keterlibatan aktif karyawan di tempat kerja. Sementara itu, Performa Karyawan mengacu pada kemampuan karyawan dalam menyelesaikan tugas tertentu yang diberikan oleh organisasi. Untuk makalah ini, penulis menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics V.25. Statistik deskriptif dan kausal digunakan untuk menjelaskan tentang keterlibatan karyawan dan performa karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan metode sensus sampling di mana 85 karyawan yang bekerja di PT Ketrosden Triasmitra, Jakarta akan menjadi populasi penelitian. Uji hipotesis diterima dengan nilai probabilitas 0,000 yang lebih rendah dari taraf signifikan yaitu 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Keterlibatan Karyawan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Performa Karyawan di PT Ketrosden Triasmitra, Jakarta. Keterlibatan karyawan memiliki pengaruh terhadap performa karyawan sebesar 87,2% sedangkan sisanya 12,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulannya, hasil analisis dan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keterlibatan Karyawan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Performa Karyawan di PT Ketrosden Triasmitra, Jakarta. Selain itu, rekomendasi untuk perusahaan adalah perusahaan harus menerapkan strategi Keterlibatan Karyawan dalam bisnisnya untuk meningkatkan performa karyawan.
