Abstract

Human beings are created with two different types, men and women, we are born to coexist with each other in an environment of social life that can be called a community. Furthermore, we as human beings are created to live in pairs, one man with one woman united by the events of the law, namely weddings, which change the position of men and women into a pair of husband and wife. Then comes the desire of the husband and wife to continue their descendants that they will love and care. Every human being must want the best for the family. The achievement of better living standards spurs the urge as parents in a family to seek better income that can support the needs of family life. Today, money has become one of the determining factors to support human life. With increasing education in Indonesia today, many people are starting to learn to invest, especially for husbands or men as the breadwinners in a family. In connection with this, people began to think about a better future for their families, which led to a tendency to invest in properties, gold bars, and many other ways. However, what to do with the investment when the owner dies? Due to the death raises legal consequences, namely the displacement of wealth such people as Heir to one or several others in the family as the Heir. The move was called Inheritance governed by legislation which we can call the Inheritance Law.
