Abstract

Saat ini Pemerintah sedang gencar-gencarnya menjalankan proyek pembangunan Infrastruktur khususnya di wilayah Banten dan Jawa Barat. Dalam menunjang proyek infrastruktur tentu membutuhkan material konstruksi yang banyak, misalnya seperti beton ready mix yang menjadi salah satu bahan pokok dalam pelaksaan proyek tersebut. Dalam data statistik Bina Konstruksi tahun 2019 kebutuhan beton ready mix mengalami peningkatan pada setiap tahunnya. Pada tahun 2018 wilayah Banten membutuhkan 4 juta ton dan wilayah Jawa Barat membutuhkan 16 juta ton. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan beton ready mix pada proyek Infrastruktur di Banten dan Jawa Barat tentunya kemampuan setiap perusahaan berbeda-beda. Dengan adanya analisis produktivitas beton rabstrakeady mix yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini diharapkan hasil produksi pada Pabrik atau Batching Plant lebih meningkat karena didukung dengan penjelasan-penlejasan tentang faktor yang berpengaruh kuat dan informasi variabel yang dapat menghambat produksi dalam produktivitas beton ready mix, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai rambu-rambu dalam melaksanakan proses produksi. Tesis ini akan membahas analisis kajian faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam produktivitas beton ready mix, faktor yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas beton ready mix, variabel yang dapat menghambat produktivitas beton ready mix dan rekomendasi perbaikan yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yaitu data primer yang diperoleh dari responden kemudian diolah dengan program SPSS dan data sekunder dengan literatur buku dan survei langsung, akan didapatkan variabel dominan agar produktivitas beton ready mix lebih baik lagi. Hasil dari penelitian ini faktor yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu efektifitas dimana didalamnya terdapat intensitas perubahan mutu beton yang sering terjadi sehingga perlu adanya pengelompokan mutu beton dalam produksi dalam usaha mensiati mengejar target produksi dan mempersingkat waktu pergantian seting alat produksi, dengan demikian hasil produksi beton ready mix akan meningkat./ At present the Government is incessantly carrying out Infrastructure development projects, especially in the Banten and West Java regions. In supporting the infrastructure project, it certainly requires a lot of construction materials, such as ready mix concrete, which is one of the main ingredients in the implementation of the project. In the construction development statistics for 2019, the demand for ready mix concrete has increased every year. In 2018 Banten region needs 4 million tons and West Java region needs 16 million tons. In meeting the needs of ready mix concrete in infrastructure projects in Banten and West Java, of course the capabilities of each company are different. With the analysis of ready mix concrete productivity resulting from this research, it is expected that the production results at the Plant or Batching Plant will be increased because it is supported by explanations about factors that have strong influence and variable information that can hinder production in the productivity of ready mix concrete, so that it can be used as signs in implementing the production process. This thesis will discuss the analysis of the factors that need to be considered in the productivity of ready mix concrete, factors that greatly affect the productivity of ready mix concrete, variables that can inhibit the productivity of ready mix concrete and recommendations for improvements produced in this study. The method used in this study uses quantitative data that is primary data obtained from respondents then processed with the SPSS program and secondary data with book literature and direct surveys, will get a dominant variable so that the productivity of ready mix concrete is even better. The results of this study factors that need to be considered are the effectiveness wherein there is the intensity of concrete quality changes that often occur so that there is a need to classify the quality of concrete in production in an effort to keep up with the pursuit of production targets and shorten the time to change the setting of production equipment, thus the results of ready mix concrete production will increased.
