Abstract

Revolusi industri 4.0 mendorong cara kerja industri semakin terkait dengan sistem jaringan atau data virtual, termasuk industri konstruksi. Perkembangan industri berdampak pada perkembangan teknologi yang menopang industri itu sendiri. Salah satu yang dimaksud adalah pemindai laser 3 dimensi, dengan fungsi utama menangkap objek nyata dan merubah menjadi objek virtual. Penelitian ini mendalami perkembangan penjaminan mutu di era industri 4.0 pada proyek konstruksi; faktor yang mempengaruhi metode pemindai laser 3 dimensi agar menjadi bagian dalam penjaminan mutu di era industri 4.0 pada proyek konstruksi; hasil analisis dari temuan faktor mempengaruhi peluang metode pemindai laser 3 dimensi agar menjadi bagian dalam penjaminan mutu di era industri 4.0 pada proyek konstruksi; Serta memberi rekomendasi dari penelitian yang dikaji. Proses penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu penentuan topik, perumusan masalah, kajian pustaka, temuan faktor beserta variabel, penyebaran kuesioner, analisis hasil, pembahasan, kesimpulan dan rekomendasi. Ditemukan 4 variabel yaitu mempermudah pembaharuan gambar as-built, meningkatkan citra industri secara umum dan industri konstruksi secara khusus dengan teknologi yang tersedia untuk menjamin mutu pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi, mudah digerakkan untuk menghindari penghalang selama operasi pindai objek pada proyek konstruksi dan mampu memindai objek dari jarak 10 meter yang mempengaruhi peluang penggunaan metode pemindai laser 3 dimensi sebagai penjaminan mutu. Penelitian ini memberi rekomendasi kepada penyedia dan pengguna jasa konstruksi untuk mengadopsi metode pemindai laser 3 dimensi karena dalam penelitian ini faktor yang mempengaruhi peluang penggunaan metode pemindai laser 3 dimensi sebagai penjamin mutu telah terukur dan memiliki pedoman penelitian yang serupa dengan maksud mencapai tujuan biaya, mutu dan waktu. / The industrial revolution 4.0 is driving the way industry works increasingly associated with network systems or virtual data, including the construction industry. Industrial development has an impact on the development of technology that sustains the industry itself. One of these is a 3-dimensional laser scanner, with the main function of capturing real objects and turning them into virtual objects. This study explores the development of quality assurance in the industrial era 4.0 on construction projects; factors affecting the 3-dimensional laser scanning method to be part of quality assurance in the industrial era 4.0 on construction projects; the results of the analysis of the findings of factors influencing the opportunities of the 3-dimensional laser scanning method to become part of quality assurance in the industrial era 4.0 on construction projects; And provide recommendations from the research studied. The research process carried out is the determination of the topic, the formulation of the problem, literature review, factor findings and variables, questionnaire distribution, results analysis, discussion, conclusions and recommendations. Found 4 variables namely facilitating renewal of as-built drawings, improving the image of the industry in general and the construction industry in particular with available technology to ensure the quality of construction projects, easy to move to avoid obstacles during object scan operations on construction projects and able to scan objects from a distance 10 meters that affect the chances of using the 3-dimensional laser scanning method as quality assurance. This study provides recommendations to providers and users of construction services to adopt the 3-dimensional laser scanning method because in this study the factors that influence the opportunity to use the 3-dimensional laser scanning method as a quality guarantor have been measured and have similar research guidelines with the aim of achieving the objectives of cost, quality and time.
