Abstract

Job performance has become an important concern of an organization. An employee, who is able to perform well, will be able to promote growth inside and outside the organization so that job performance evaluation becomes a final purpose of the organization to make sure that all employees have met their task and responsibility. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and work engagement on job performance of Sekolah XYZ. This has become the research focus because job performance is an essential key for Sekolah XYZ management team to maintain its reputation and trust from all of the students and parents in general. The data collection is done by doing a survey using questionnaires to 86 teachers from Sekolah XYZ. This research approach is quantitative with the PLS-SEM method using the assistance of SmartPLS 3.2.7 software to evaluate the outer model and the inner model. The research subjects were 86 teachers who taught in Sekolah XYZ, where the job performance was identified in the employees.The results showed that work engagement influenced positively to job performance, job satisfaction influenced negatively to job performance, and organizational commitment influenced positively job performance. / Kinerja menjadi suatu hal yang menjadi perhatian dari setiap organisasi. Seorang karyawan yang dapat memberikan kinerja yang baik akan mampu mendorong pertumbuhan di organisasi tersebut sehingga penilaian kinerja menjadi salah satu tujuan akhir dari organisasi untuk memastikan setiap karyawan telah melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh work engagement, kepuasan kerja, dan Komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah XYZ. Hal ini menjadi fokus penelitian dikarenakan kinerja menjadi kunci yang sangat penting bagi pihak manajemen Sekolah XYZ untuk mempertahankan reputasi dan kepercayaan dari para murid dan orang tua umumnya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survey dengan kuesioner kepada 86 orang guru Sekolah XYZ. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode PLS-SEM dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.2.7 yang mengevaluasi model pengukuran (outer loading), dan model struktural (inner model). hasil dari penelitian ini work engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja.
