Abstract

Inflation is a factor of uncertainty about the future, making every person have to prepare everything well, one of them is by investing. . Investment is needed because it can expand the wealth base and provide long-term benefits. The right decision making is very necessary in choosing which companies to invest. Proper financial statement analysis which is by using financial ratios will be helpful to make decision to be more targeted. The purpose of this research is to discuss and analyze the influence of working capital, profitability, and growth opportunity towards share price. This study is conducted through quantitative research. Secondary data of this research is obtained from www.idx.co.id using the financial statement from 2014 to 2018. The basis in determining samples criteria is using purposive sampling. The total population in this research is 55 companies and sample is 8 companies, which results in the total of 40 data samples from five years observation. Data processing is using Statistical Product and Service Solution for Windows version 25 and Microsoft excel. The analysis method of this research is carried out with descriptive test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, partial T test, simultaneous F test, and coefficient of determination test. Based on the research result of multiple regression analysis, simultaneous F test and partial T test, it showed that working capital has significant influence towards share price partially. Meanwhile, accounting profit showed on return on assets does not have significant influence towards share price partially. Furthermore, working capital, accounting profit and sales growth have simultaneous significant influence towards share price in consumer goods companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018. / Inflasi adalah faktor ketidakpastian tentang masa depan yang membuat setiap insan harus mempersiapkan segala sesuatunya dengan baik, salah satunya yaitu dengan berinvestasi. Investasi sangat diperlukan karena dapat memperluas basis kekayaan dan memberikan manfaat jangka panjang. Pengambilan keputusan yang tepat sangat diperlukan dalam memilih perusahaan mana yang akan diinvestasikan. Analisis laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan rasio keuangan akan membantu untuk pengambilan keputusan agar lebih tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas dan menganalisa pengaruh modal kerja, laba akuntansi, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data sekunder dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id dengan menganalisa laporan keuangan dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2018. Dasar dalam menentukan kriteria pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Total populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumalah 55 perusahaan dan sampel yang diperoleh berjumlah 8, yang menghasilkan total 40 sampel dari lima tahun pengamatan. Pemrosesan data menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dan Microsoft Excel. Metode analisis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan uji deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji parsial T, uji F simultan, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian analisis regresi berganda, uji F simultan dan uji parsial, menunjukkan bahwa modal kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham secara parsial. Sementara itu, laba akuntansi dimana dalam penelitian ini dijelaskan dengan rasio pengembalian asset atau ROA tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham secara parsial. Selanjutnya, modal kerja, laba akuntansi dan pertumbuhan penjualan memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap harga saham di perusahaan barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari 2014 hingga 2018.
