The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of local food from Jakarta towards tourism. From 2016, there has been a rise in tourists coming to Jakarta and a big contribution is from Culinary Tourism. Hence the authors used datas concerning the movements of Tourism from 2016 to 2020 to justify whether it is true that culinary tourism has brought a positive tourism impact towards Indonesia. This quantitative research will collect datas through online questionnaires targeted towards tourists and datas the authors have found. The method of analyzing the data for this research is using regression Analysis. The results show that local food of Jakarta brings a positive image towards Tourism and there has indeed been an increase in numbers of tourists coming towards Jakarta for culinary tourism therefore impacting Indonesia’s Tourism in a positive way. The author hopes that Indonesia, specifically Jakarta, draws in more tourists in the future by Culinary Tourism therefore providing positive benefits for the city and the country itself.
