Abstract

Keberhasilan seorang murid tidak dapat dilepaskan dari peranan seorang guru. Guru adalah pribadi yang sangat penting dalam pertumbuhan setiap umat manusia. Sekolah tempat dimana guru bekerja memiliki peranan untuk membentuk guru-guru menjadi alat pembentuk masa depan yang cemerlang bagi bangsa dan negara. Namun, persentase pengunduran diri Sekolah Cendrawasih pada tahun 2018 adalah 50% sedangkan seharusnya pekerja yang telah mempunyai kekuatan untuk memperoleh kesuksesan dalam kehidupan dan semangat dalam bekerja adalah pekerja yang memiliki motivasi dan pekerja yang terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menguji budaya organisasi dan motivasi sebagai variabel dependen atau terikat, employee engagement sebagai variabel intervening, dan kinerja sebagai variabel independen atau bebas dengan metode penelitian pengujian hipotesis dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yaitu kuesioner kepada populasi yakni seluruh guru yang ada di Sekolah Cendrawasih Jakarta Barat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru ditunjukan oleh nilai koefisien 0,152, (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru ditunjukan oleh koefisien 0,120, (3) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement guru ditunjukan dengan nilai koefisien 0,473, (4) Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement guru ditunjukan oleh nilai koefisien 0,172, (5) Employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru ditunjukan oleh nilai koefisien 0,492 (6) Budaya organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru ditunjukan oleh nilai koefisien 0,279 (7) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru melalui employee engagement guru ditujukan oleh nilai pengaruh tidak langsung Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui Employee Engagement sebesar 0,232 dan pengaruh langsung Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui Employee Engagement adalah sebesar 0,152, dan (9) Motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru melalui employee engagement guru ditunjukan oleh nilai pengaruh tidak langsung Kinerja Guru melalui Employee Engagement sebesar 0,084 dan nilai pengaruh langsung Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui Employee Engagement sebesar 0,120. / The success of a student cannot be separated from the role of a teacher. The teacher is a very important person in the growth of every human being. The schools where teachers work have a role to shape teachers into tools for shaping a bright future for the nation and state. However, the percentage of School of Cendrawasih resignation in 2018 was 50%, whereas workers who have had the power to gain success in life and enthusiasm for work are motivated workers and bound workers. This study uses a quantitative approach that tests organizational culture and motivation as the dependent or dependent variable, employee engagement as an intervening variable, and performance as an independent or independent variable. Research methods are hypothesis testing and data collection methods use primary data, namely questionnaires to the population, namely all teachers who is at Cendrawasih School, West Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that (1) organizational culture has a positive effect on teacher performance as indicated by the coefficient value of 0.152, (2) motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance indicated by the coefficient 0.120, (3) organizational culture has a positive effect on teacher employee engagement as indicated by the coefficient value. 0.473, (4) Motivation has a positive effect on teacher employee engagement indicated by the coefficient value 0.172, (5) Employee engagement has a positive effect on teacher performance indicated by the coefficient value 0.492 (6) Organizational culture and motivation have a positive effect on teacher performance indicated by the coefficient value 0.279 (7) Organizational culture has an effect on teacher performance through teacher employee engagement aimed at the value of the indirect effect of Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance through Employee Engagement of 0.232 and the direct influence of Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance through Employee Engagement is 0.152. (9) Motivation has no effect on teacher performance through teacher employee engagement as indicated by the value of the indirect effect of Teacher Performance through Employee Engagement of 0.084 and the value of the direct effect of motivation on Teacher Performance through Employee Engagement of 0.120.
