Abstract
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi, beban kerja dan remunerasi terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana di rumah sakit Siloam Balikpapan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan 161 perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit Siloam Balikpapan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner dengan skala likert 1-5 dan data yang didapat di olah dengan dengan program SmartPls. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi dan remunerasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana di rumah sakit Siloam Balikpapan, sedangkan beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana di rumah sakit Siloam Balikpapan. / The purpose of this study is to discover organization climate, workload, and remuneration to job satisfaction of nurses at Siloam Hospital Balikpapan. This study was conducted involving 161 nurses who worked at Siloam Hospital Balikpapan. Data was collected by distributing quessioners using Likert scale and data was analyzed using SmartPLS program. The result of this study showed that organization climate and remuneration has positive effect to the job satisfaction of nurses at Siloam Hospital Balikpapan, whereas workload has negative effect to the job satisfaction of nurses at Siloam Hospital Balikpapan.
