Abstract

Permasalahan umum terkait dengan hujan yang seringkali terjadi adalah banjir. Jabodetabek adalah salah satu kawasan yang seringkali terkena banjir. Kawasan Perumahan Patal Kel. Gaga Kota Tangerang Selatan kerap kali tergenang oleh banjir dikala musim hujan, sehingga dibangun kolam detensi untuk menampung air hujan tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis kapasitas kolam detensi yang telah dibangun di kawasan perumahan patal. Penelitian ini meneliti kemampuan kolam detensi tersebut apakah mampu menampung debit banjir yang terjadi akibat adanya curah hujan. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi analisis curah hujan, analisis catchment area, analisis intensitas hujan, debit banjir, dan analisis kolam detensi. Ditemukan dalam penelitian ini bahwa curah hujan maksimum rata-rata adalah sebesar 145,846 mm dan intensitas hujan yang diperoleh adalah 172,35 mm/jam, sehingga debit banjir rencana menggunakan metode rasional adalah 33,911 m3/detik. Dengan kapasitas kolam detensi yang adalah 593,34 m3 dan waktu konsentrasi selama 9,525 menit, kolam detensi yang sudah dibangun tidak dapat menampung banjir yang terjadi. Dibutuhkan tampungan lain untuk menampung banjir yang terjadi, sehingga direncanakan jaringan infrastruktur berupa long storage di bawah jalan sekitar kolam detensi dengan tinggi 4 meter dan saluran drainase yang berada di sisi long storage dengan dimensi 0,5m x 2m. Pompa juga akan digunakan di ujung long storage dengan kapasitas 7800 m3/jam tiap pompanya untuk mengalirkan air keluar dari kolam detensi dan long storage. / A common problem related to rain that often occurs is flooding. Jabodetabek is one of the areas that is often affected by floods. Patal Housing Area in Gaga, South Tangerang is often inundated by floods during the rainy season, so a detention pond was built to collect the rainwater. This paper contains a capacity analysis for the detention pond. This study examines the ability of the detention pond to accommodate the flood discharge that occurs due to rainfall. The analysis included rainfall analysis, catchment area analysis, rainfall intensity analysis, flood discharge, and detention pond analysis. It was found in this study that the maximum average rainfall was 145.846 mm and the intensity of rain obtained was 172.35 mm / hour, so the flood discharge was 33.911 m3 / second. With a detention pond capacity of 593.34 m3 and a concentration time of 9.525 minutes, the detention pond that has been built cannot accommodate the flooding that occurred. Other reservoirs are needed to accommodate the floods that occur, which is planned infrastructure network in the form of long storage under the road around the detention pond with depth of 4 meters. Sewer are also designed right along the long storage with dimensions of 0.5m x 2m. Each long storage are also equipped with water pump which are able to drain the long storage and detention pond for 7800 m3/hour.
