Abstract

Bekerja merupakan tahap yang akan dilalui oleh setiap manusia. Namun, dalam bekerja seseorang akan mengalami tekanan, dan jika berkelanjut maka akan bisa berdampak menjadi burnout. Burnout merupakan kondisi seseorang yang dialami akibat dari timbulnya stress dalam jangka waktu yang lama yang ditandai dengan kehilangan energi, psikis, fisik, mental dan emosional yang terus menerus (Spector, 2008). Dampak dari burnout tidak hanya dirasakan secara fisik, tetapi juga secara psikis. Burnout terdiri dari tiga macam dimensi yaitu : emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, dan personal accomplishment. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran burnout karyawan pada divisi Biro Kepegawaian di Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 40 dan menggunakan instrumen alat ukur berupa kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi antara burnout pada usia karyawan dan lama bekerja tiap dimensi menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil Uji Beda antara burnout dengan jenis kelamin dan status perkawinan juga menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan. / Work is something that every human being will go through. However, in working someone will increase the pressure, and if it is sustainable it will have the effect of becoming exhausted. Burnout is a condition that causes stress for a long period of time which is characterized by continuous loss of energy, psychic, physical, mental and emotional (Spector, 2008). The impact of burnout is not only physically, but also psychologically. Fatigue consists of three types of dimensions, namely: emotional fatigue, depersonalization, and personal achievement. The purpose of this study is to investigate the employee burnout in the staffing berau division at National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN).This study uses 40 sample and a questionnaire as measuring instrument. Based on the results of the test between burnout at the age of the employee and the length of work each showed no significant correlation. Furthermore, based on the results of the Difference Test, there is no significant differences in the correlation of burnout with gender and burnout with marital status.
