Abstract

Hubungan Stres Kerja Terhadap Peningkatan Tekanan Darah Pada Pekerja Pabrik PT. Indochemie Jelyna Lemindo Prima Stres kerja terjadi apabila pekerjaan memiliki batas waktu, ekspektasi performa yang tinggi, tanggung jawab yang berat, dan membuat seseorang merasa kesulitan. Stres kerja dapat menyebabkan peningkatan tekanan darah dan berujung pada hipertensi atau penyakit jantung lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres kerja terhadap peningkatan tekanan darah pada pekerja pabrik di PT. Indochemie Jelyna Lemindo Prima. Terdapat hubungan antara stres kerja dengan peningkatan tekanan darah pada pekerja pabrik. di PT. Indochemie Jelyna Lemindo Prima. Penelitian ini merupakan studi analitik dengan desain studi potong lintang dengan metode analitik komparatif numerik tidak berpasangan. Jumlah sampel adalah 53 pekerja pabrik di PT. Indochemie Jelyna Lemindo Prima. Sampel diperoleh dengan metode teknik sampel purposive dengan sampling nonprobabilitas. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner workplace stress scale dan pemeriksaan tekanan darah. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Mann-Whitney U dan menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian didapatkan p value stres kerja terhadap peningkatan sistol p = 0,000, stres kerja terhadap peningkatan diastol p = 0,003, kebiasaan merokok terhadap peningkatan sistol p = 0,157, dan kebiasaan merokok terhadap peningkatan diastol p = 0,062. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan peningkatan sistol dan diastol antara pekerja pabrik yang mengalami stres kerja dengan yang tidak mengalami stres kerja. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan peningkatan sistol dan diastol antara pekerja pabrik yang memiliki kebiasaan merokok dengan yang tidak merokok. / The Relationship Between Work Stress on Increasing Blood Pressure in PT. Indochemie Jelyna Lemindo Prima Factory Workers Work stress occurs when a job has a time limit, high performance expectations, heavy responsibilities, and makes someone feel difficult. Work stress can cause an increase in blood pressure and lead to hypertension or other heart disease. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work stress and increased blood pressure in PT. Indochemie Jelyna Lemindo Prima factory workers. There is an association between work stress and increased blood pressure in PT. Indochemie Jelyna Lemindo Prima factory workers. This research is an analytic study with cross sectional study design with unpaired numerical comparative analytic methods. The number of samples is 53 factory workers at PT. Indochemie Jelyna Lemindo Prima. Samples were obtained by purposive sampling technique method with nonprobability sampling. Data obtained through workplace stress scale questionnaires and blood pressure checks. Data analysis was performed using a Mann-Whitney U test and using IBM SPSS version 25.0. The results showed p value of work stress to increase systole p = 0,000, work stress to increase diastole p = 0,003, smoking habits to increase systole p = 0,157, and smoking habit to increase diastole p = 0,062. There was a significant difference in systole and diastole increase between factory workers who experience work stress and those who do not experience work stress. There was no significant difference in systole and diastole increase between factory workers who had smoking habits and those who did not smoke.
