Abstract

Revolusi Industri 4.0 atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Era Digital saat ini akan mengubah dunia. Beberapa profesi akan musnah atau akan berkembang seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, dan profesi akuntansi diprediksikan menjadi salah satu profesi yang akan terkena dampak signifikan. Beberapa tugas akuntansi akan hilang. Peluang dan tantangan signifikan muncul dari gangguan digital dan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat. Sehingga untuk meningkatkan kemampuan perpajakan dan keterampilan digital dalam Industri 4.0 ini, maka diperlukan penelitian mengenai analisis kemampuan perpajakan dan keterampilan digital yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa dengan yang standar kualifikasi yang diperlukan oleh Perusahaan Manufaktur dalam Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan sumber data primer melalui wawancara mendalam untuk mengetahui pandangan pengguna tentang kompetensi yang dibutuhkan dalam menghadapi era digital. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi pengembangan kurikulum Universitas khususnya untuk Program Studi akuntansi dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang siap menghadapi era digital di dunia industri / The Industrial Revolution 4.0 or known as the digital era will change the world. Several professions will disappear or will develop along with technological advances, and the accounting profession is predicted to be one of the professions that will be significantly affected. Some of the accounting tasks will be lost. Significant opportunities and challenges arise from digital disruption and rapid technological developments. So that to improve taxation competences and digital skills in Industry 4.0, research is needed on the analysis of taxation capabilities and digital skills possessed by students with the qualification standards required by Manufacturing Companies in Industry 4.0. This study also uses primary data sources through in-depth interviews to find out users' views on the competencies needed in facing the digital era. This research is expected to provide input for the development of the University curriculum, especially for the Accounting Study Program in producing graduates who are ready to face the digital era in the industrial world.
