Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas kasus kekerasan dan penelantaran yang terjadi di lingkungan rumah tangga oleh suami terhadap istri dan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian Yuridis Normatif dengan menggunakan pengolahan bahan hukum dilakukan secara studi pustaka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah Untuk mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai tindak kekerasan dan penelantaran istri dan anak dalam perlindungan hukum di Indonesia. Pandangan mengenai kasus penelantaran dan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga memiliki berbagai dimensi dan lapisan yang menarik untuk dibahas menurut kajian sistem perundangan hukum di Indonesia. perlindungan terhadap kekerasan dalam rumah tangga sebagai wujud perlindungan diri dan keluarga terdapat pada Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan dalam Rumah Tangga yang bertujuan untuk mencegah Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga Kata Kunci : Perlindungan Anak, Kekerasan Anak, dan Pengemisan / This study discusses cases of violence and neglect that occur in the household environment by husbands against their wives and children. This research uses the juridical normative research type using legal material processing carried out by literature study. This study aims to examine to find out more about acts of violence and neglect of wives and children in legal protection in Indonesia.
