Abstract

Perubahan gaya hidup konsumtif terlihat pada generasi modern yang disebut generasi milenial. Di-era ini, teknologi digital mulai masuk ke segala penjuru kehidupan. Di Surabaya generasi milenial memiliki suatu kegemaran atau habit yaitu berbelanja bila ada hal baru atau hal unik yang dibuat entah pada bagian makanan, pakaian, mainan, dan lainnya, yang termasuk bagian dari lifestyle. Pasar Kepo adalah platform untuk merek lokal yang dikuratori dan dipilih dengan cermat berdasarkan kategori mereka untuk menunjukkan produk atau layanan mereka untuk anak muda dan keluarga modern di Surabaya. Pada penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Access Quality, Venue Quality, Contest Quality, terhadap Intention of Return melalui Satisfaction . dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat dalam menambah pengetahua dalam budang manajemen, terutama seberapa besar pengaruh yang dimiliki Satisfaction dalam meningkatkan Intention to Return yang kemudian akan meningkatkan pengunjung Kepo Market Surabaya. Penelitian kasual dan metode kuantitatif akan di pakai pada penelitian ini dengan melakukan pengolahan data pada aplikasi AMOS versi 22.0. data akan di kumpulkan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner terhadap 105 responden dengan karakteristik pria dan wanita berusia 18-60 tahun, berdomisili disurabaya, serta minimal pernah mengunjungi Kepo tahun 2020. Market sebanyak 2 kali dalam 3 bulan terakhir / Changes in consumptive lifestyles can be seen in the modern generation called the millennial generation. In this era, digital technology has begun to enter all corners of life. In Surabaya, the millennial generation has a hobby or habit, namely shopping when there are new things or unique things that are made, whether in the food, clothing, toys, etc., which are part of the lifestyle. Pasar Kepo is a platform for carefully curated and selected local brands based on their category to showcase their products or services for young people and modern families in Surabaya. This study aims to analyze how the influence of Access Quality, Venue Quality, Contest Quality, on Intention of Return through Satisfaction. This research is expected to provide benefits in increasing knowledge in management, especially how much influence Satisfaction has in increasing Intention to Return which will then increase visitors to Kepo Market Surabaya. Casual research and quantitative methods will be used in this study by processing data in the AMOS version 22.0 application. The data will be collected by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents with the characteristics of men and women aged 18-60 years, residing in Surabaya, and having visited the Kepo Market 2020 at least 2 times in the last 3 months.
