Abstract
From Asim (2013), it is stated that if employees are more motivated then their performance will increase.Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine whether there is any influence of motivation towards employees’ job performance at CV. GLOBALINDO SEJATI, Medan. Motivation in organizations is important and is needed for improving the performance of employees in an affirmative manner. The main objective of this research was to determine the influence of motivation towards employees’ job performance. Types of research used in this research are descriptive research and associative research with a quantitative approach. The populations of this study were employees of CV. GLOBALINDO SEJATI, Medan which are 34 employees and the writer uses census sampling which 34 employees are being used. Analysis of the data in this study using descriptive analysis and associative analysis. The mean score, normality, correlation, and determination analysis were conducted through applying SPSS version 21.0. Based on the results of associative analysis showed that motivation variable (X) has a significant influence on employees’ job performance (Y) with a value of 0.000. Human capital management can use diverse plans or factors to simulate workers, but human capital management should remember that different motivational factors or plans would have different motivational influences on different employees. To obtain good results from a motivational plan, the human capital management had to comprehend the differences of employees’ values, needs, tasks, and satisfaction’s level in terms of increasing job performance and productivity.
