Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the impact of Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) on family business performance at PT MOMENTS. This research used causal associative research design where it elaborates and tests the hypothesis of two or more variables by focusing on the effect or the determinant factor. The population of this research is all employees working at PT MOMENTS, whose size is 34 respondents. The sampling technique utilized in this research is census (total sampling), which is the sampling technique that includes the entire population where all the members of the population are sampled. The data collection method used are questionnaires, interview, observation, and library research. The research method used in this research is the quantitative method with a descriptive approach.In data analysis, simple regression analysis used a significance of 0.05. The Z test result showed that Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable, which is family business performance. Based on the coefficient determination test, the value of R2was 0.876 means that Entrepreneurial Orientation influenced family business performance by 88%, while the remaining 12% was determined by other factors that were not discussed in this research.
