Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh positif Participative Leadership, Relations-Orinted Leadership yang dimediasi oleh Collaboration, Organisational Commitment, Job Satisfaction terhadap Collective Entrepreneurship. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah non￾probability sampling yaitu Purposive sampling dimana responden merupakan pengawai Tokopedia khususnya divisi Business Development, Operation, Finance, Technology, dan People. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ini berjumlah 221 responden dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Adapaun metode analisi statistic yang didigunakan adalah Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Participative Leadership Relations-Oriented Leadership yang dimeidiasi oleh Collaboration,Organisational Commitment, Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Collective Entrepreneurship. / This study aims to examine the positive influence of Participative Leadership, Relations-Orinted Leadership mediated by Collaboration, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction on Collective Entrepreneurship, Whereas the sampling technique for this study determined as a non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Samples were taken in the amount of 221 respondents who have been committed as Tokopedia employees, especially the Business Development, Operations, Finance, Technology, and People divisions. The data were collected by distributing electronic questionnaires. Moreover this research Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) for the statistical analytic method. According to the research conducted, results shown that Participative Leadership Relations-Oriented Leadership which is mediated by Collaboration, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on Collective Entrepreneurship.
