Abstract

Dalam hal ekonomi, Indonesia adalah salah satu negara dengan kinerja terbaik di dunia. Perkiraan pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional disumbangkan oleh sektor ekonomi kreatif dan PDB ekonomi kreatif yang mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan. PT. Talenta Muda Indonesia atau yang dikenal dengan nama FOUND merupakan salah satu digital creative agency yang bergerak dalam pembuatan digital marketing yang berupa desain grafis, video, dan website. Sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pembuatan konten kreatif, FOUND masih menggunakan cara yang konvensional dalam media tulisan/buku untuk pendataan dan pencatatan penggunaan peralatan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah sistem yang memiliki kemudahan-kemudahan dalam menyimpan dan mengolah data sehingga mengurangi kerusakan dan kehilangan data serta tidak banyak memakan biaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengembangkan suatu sistem aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat digunakan untuk memproses sirkulasi penggunaan peralatan dan perlengkapan di FOUND. Untuk mengembangkan aplikasi tersebut, digunakan metode prototyping dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Pada aplikasi ini terdapat fitur QR-Code Scanner yang berguna untuk mempermudah pencatatan kode barang. Pengembangan sistem ini diharapkan mampu membantu pihak perusahaan dalam mengelola dokumentasi penggunaan peralatan multimedia. / In terms of the economy, Indonesia is one of the best performing countries in the world. Estimates of national economic growth are contributed by the creative economy sector and creative economy GDP, which is experiencing significant growthPT. Talenta Muda Indonesia, known as FOUND, is a digital creative agency that is engaged in digital marketing in the form of graphical, video, and websites. As a company engaged in the creation of creative content, FOUND still uses conventional methods in writing of data collection and recording of equipment usage. Therefore we need a system that has the convenience of storing and processing data so that it reduces damage and loss of data and does not cost much. The purpose of this research is to design and develop a web-based application system that can be used to process the circulation of equipment and equipment use at FOUND. To develop this application, the prototyping method is used with the PHP programming language. In this application there is a QR-Code Scanner feature that is useful for easier data record such as item names and codes. The development of this system is expected to be able to assist the company in managing documentation of the use of multimedia equipment.
