Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara jarak kekuasaan terhadap idealism, untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara ketidakpastian terhadap idealism, untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara religiusitas terhadap idealism, untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara individualisme terhadap egoisme, untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara maskulinitas terhadap egoisme, untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara idealisme terhadap persepsi penipuan, untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara egoisme terhadap persepsi penipuan, untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara persepsi penipuan terhadap kepuasan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner via google form, alat analisis menggunakan analisis Smart PLS. Dari kuesioner yang kembali dan diolah sejumlah 160 responden. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisis, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: jarak kekuasaan berpengaruh terhadap idealisme, penghindaran ketidakpastian berpengaruh terhadap idealisme, Religiusitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap idealisme, Maskulinitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap egoisme, Idealisme berpengaruh terhadap persepsi penipuan, Egoisme berpengaruh terhadap persepsi penipuan, Persepsi penipuan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, kita dapat menyimpulkan bahwa ada implikasi teoritis dalam penelitian ini, di mana jarak kekuasaan memiliki efek positif pada idealisme, ketidakpastian memiliki efek positif pada idealisme, religiusitas tidak memiliki efek positif pada idealisme, maskulinitas tidak memiliki efek positif terhadap egoisme, idealisme memiliki efek positif terhadap persepsi penipuan, egoisme memiliki efek positif terhadap persepsi penipuan, dan persepsi penipuan berpengaruh memiliki efek positif terhadap kepuasan. Ini berarti bahwa jarak kekuasaan dan ketidakpastian mempengaruhi idealisme. Sementara idealisme telah terbukti berhubungan positif dengan penipuan, maskulinitas tidak terbukti secara positif mempengaruhi terhadap egoisme. / This study aims to analyze the effect of distance between power on idealism, to analyze the effect of uncertainty on idealism, to analyze the influence of religiosity on idealism, to analyze the influence of individualism on egoism, to analyze the influence of masculinity on egoism, to analyze the influence of idealism on fraud perception, to analyze the influence of egoism on fraud perception, to analyze the influence of fraud perception on satisfaction. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire via Google Form, an analysis tool using Smart PLS analysis. From the questionnaire returned and processed a number of 160 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: power distance affects idealism, avoidance of uncertainty affects idealism, religiosity does not affect idealism, masculinity does not affect egoism, idealism influences the perception of fraud, egoism influences the perception of fraud, perception of fraud affect satisfaction. Based on the results obtained from this study, we can conclude that there are theoretical implications in this study, where power distance has a positive effect on idealism, uncertainty has a positive effect on idealism, religiosity does not have a positive effect on idealism, masculinity does not have a positive effect on egoism, idealism has a positive effect on the perception of fraud, egoism has a positive effect on the perception of fraud, and the perception of fraud has a positive effect on satisfaction. This means that the distance of power and uncertainty affect idealism. While idealism has been shown to be positively related to deception, masculinity has not been shown to positively influence egoism.
