Abstract

Di Indonesia tingkat kecelakaan yang terjadi setiap hari masih terus meningkat, baik berupa kecelakaan ringan, sedang, ataupun kecelakaan berat. Jika terjadinya suatu kecelakaan ataupun kondisi gawat darurat, tentunya membutuhkan layanan bantuan yang secepatnya. Bagi masyarakat yang sudah hafal akan daerahnya tentunya menemukan lokasi pusat bantuan tidaklah susah, tetapi berbeda dengan masyarakat yang tidak mengenal akan daerah tersebut atau masih baru, tentunya membutuhkan waktu yang lebih untuk mendapatkan lokasi pusat bantuan. Untuk itu, penelitian ini akan membuat sebuah aplikasi yang akan membantu untuk mencari lokasi pusat bantuan yang berada disekitar pengguna. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi untuk pencarian lokasi pusat bantuan akan menggunakan metode geolocation dan location based service. Metode geolocation akan digunakan untuk mencari dan memetakan lokasi dari pengguna kedalam smartphone. Untuk metode location based service akan digunakan untuk mencari lokasi-lokasi pusat bantuan yang berada disekitar pengguna. Tahap awal dalam pengujian aplikasi ini, dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode black box yang berfokus untuk menguji fungsi utama dari aplikasi dan kuesioner untuk mengetahui tanggapan dan penilaian pengguna terhadap aplikasi. Hasil yang didapatkan dari pengujian ini, yaitu dari segi desain user interface masih kurang memuaskan atau kurang sesuai bagi pengguna terlebih pada pemilihan warna background dan kesesuaian penempatan dan ukuran dari font dan button aplikasi. Dari segi fungsi utama dan fitur-fitur, aplikasi sudah dapat berjalan dengan baik, aplikasi juga berhasil menampilkan lokasi-lokasi pusat bantuan yang berada disekitar pengguna. Sehingga masyarakat tidak perlu lagi kesusahan dalam menemukan lokasi pusat bantuan yang berada disekitar, terlebih untuk masyarakat yang masih baru di lingkungan tersebut. / In Indonesia, the level of accidents that occur every day continues to increase, whether in the form of minor, moderate or serious accidents. If there is an accident or an emergency condition, of course, you need assistance services as soon as possible. For people who are familiar with the area, finding the location of the help center is certainly not difficult, but in contrast to people who are not familiar with the area or are new, of course it takes more time to find the location of the aid center. For this reason, this study will create an application that will help locate the help center around the user. In making the application to find the location of the help center, geolocation and location based services will be used. The geolocation method will be used to find and map the location of the user to the smartphone. The location based service method will be used to find the locations of help centers around the user. The initial stage in testing this application is carried out using the black box method which focuses on testing the main functions of the application and a questionnaire to determine user responses and assessments of the application. The results obtained from this test, namely in terms of user interface design are still unsatisfactory or not suitable for users, especially in choosing the background color and the suitability of the placement and size of the application font and button. In terms of main functions and features, the application is already running well, the application also manages to display the locations of help centers around the user. So that people no longer need to have trouble finding the location of aid centers that are nearby, especially for people who are new to the neighborhood.
