Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk mempertahankan dan menjaga citra serta reputasi perusahaan adalah dengan melakukan kegiatan CSR, hal ini juga dilakukan oleh PT JAPFA COMFEED INDONESIA Tbk yang melakukan program CSR JAPFA4Kids. Program ini dilaksanakan menggunakan model CSR. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Penulis adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Terdapat empat tahapan model CSR yang dilaksanakan PT JAPFA COMFEED INDONESIA Tbk dalam melakukan program JAPFA4Kids. Dalam program ini PT JAPFA COMFEED INDONESIA Tbk melakukan empat tahapan tersebut dengan menemukan masalah, merencanakan dan melaksanakan program tersebut dan tahap terakhir mengevaluasi program JAPFA4Kids. Menurut Penulis program CSR ini dapat ditingkatkan dengan cara melakukan program tersebut lebih lama dan lebih berkelanjutan. / One way to preserve and maintain the image and reputation of the company is to conduct CSR activities, it is also done by PT JAPFA COMFEED INDONESIA Tbk doing JAPFA4Kids CSR program. The program is implemented using a model of CSR. The research method used by the author is a case study qualitative approach. There are four stages of CSR models implemented by PT JAPFA COMFEED INDONESIA Tbk in conducting program JAPFA4Kids. In this program PT JAPFA COMFEED INDONESIA Tbk perform four stages by finding problems, plan and implement the last phase of the program and evaluate JAPFA4Kids program. According to the authors of this CSR program can be improved by carrying out the program longer and more sustainable.
