Abstract

Bahasa Indonesia diharuskan tertera dalam petunjuk manual dan label berdasarkan Pasal 8 ayat (1) huruf J Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen 7.o Pasal 37 Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 24 Tahun 2009 Tentang Bendera, Bahasa, dan Lambang Negara, Serta Lagu Kebangsaan j.o Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan No. 73lM-DaglPerl9l2}li tentang kewajiban pencantuman label dalam Bahasa Indonesia pada barang. Guna menindak lanjuti kewajiban konsumen berdasarkan Pasal 5 huruf a Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen yang disebutkan membaca atau mengikuti petunjuk informasi dan prosedur panakaian atau pemanfaatan barang dar/atau jasa, demi keamanan dan keselamatan. Namun, dalam hal ini PT. XYZ sebagai konsumen masih menernukan adanya barang yang tidak sesuai dengan peraturan perundang- undangan. Untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenai pengaturan mengenai pelaksanaan garansi yang disebabkan oleh kerusakan akibat panduan manual dan label yang tidak dapat dipahami serta pelaksanaan pengawasan pemerintah untuk mencegah beredarnya barang yang tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi penulis ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Di akhir penelitian, Penulis berkesimpulan bahwa Pelaku usaha diwajibkan untuk menyediakan petunjuk manual dan label berbahasa Indonesia secara terlulis dan optional dalam bentuk digital kepada konsumen dan membuat aturan teknis guna menunjang pengawasan psngunaan petunjuk manual berbahasa Indonesia / Bahasa Indonesia is required to appear in manuals and labels according to Article 8 paragraph (1) letter J of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 Year 1999 concerning Consumer Protection in conjunction with Article 37 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 Year 2009 on Flag, Language and State Symbol , And National Anthem jo Minister of Trade Reguiation no. 73 I M-Dag I Per I 912015 concerning the obligation to label in Bahasa Indonesia on goods. In order to follow up the consumer'sobligation pursuant to Article 5 Sub-Article a of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 Year 1999 regarding Consumer Protection mentioned read or follow the instruction of information and procedure of usage or utilization of goods and I or services, for security and safety. However, in the case of PT. XYZ consumers still find the existence of goods that are not in accordance with the legislation. To find out more about the arrangements regarding the implementation of the warranty caused by defects caused by unintelligible manuals and labels and the implementation of govemment oversight to prevent the circulation of goods that are inconsistent with the author's specifications using a normative juridical approach. At the end of the study, the authors conclude that Business actors are required to provide manual and labeled Indonesian language manuals in writing and optionally in digital form to consumers and make technical rules to support the monitoring of the use of manuals in Indonesian language.
