Abstract

Kegiatan Customer Relationship Management atau CRM merupakan bagian dari usaha perusahaan dalam menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggannya. oleh sebab itu PT,Iris Solusi Pratama khususnya dalam unit bisnis Smarthome Solution terus melakukan kegiatan CRM dalam menjalankan perusahaannya. Tujuan dari kegiatan magang yang dilakukan adalah mempelajari berbagai kegiatan CRM yang dilakukan perusahaan dan apakah kegiatan CRM pada perusahaan ini berhubungan dengan teori yang ada tentang CRM. Dalam kegiatan magang di PT.Iris Solusi Pratama yang berlangsung selama empat bulan ini, saya di tempatkan di Bagian Marketing khususnya mengurusi CRM di unit bisnis Smarthome Solution yang melakukan kegiatan Business to customer yaitu semua kegiatan langsung berhubungan dengan pelanggan. Oleh sebab itu peranan bagian pemasaran dalam menjalankan kegiatan CRM sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesetiaan pelanggan kepada produk yang di tawarkan perusahaan. Kesimpulan yang saya peroleh adalah perusahaan ini sudah berusaha menjalankan kegiatan CRM dengan baik. Perusahaan melibatkan seluruh pegawai khususnya bagian pemasaran untuk mendukung kegiatan CRM ini. Saran Saya untuk perusahaan ini masih membutuhkan pegawai yang lebih banyak lagi sehingga ada pegawai yang benar-benar fokusnya mengurusi kegiatan CRM ini. / Customer relationship management or CRM is a part of Company's tools to maintain a good relationship with clients. Therefore, PT. Iris Solusi Pratama particullary on Smartphone Solution business unit, keep implementing CRM in their Company. Purpose of this internship is to learn several activities relating to CRM which are implemented by the Company and to obtain understanding if the Company's CRM is in line with its theory. During this four months internship program at PT Iris Solusi Pratama, I was placed in Marketing Department, specificcaly relating to CRM. I was obligated on CRM of Smartphone Solution business unit which was implementing Business to Customer activity i.e. all activities which were relating to customers. In conclusion, this Company has properly implemented CRM. The Company has delegated all their employees especially Marketing Department for supporting CRM activities. My Advice for the Company still needs more employees who are merely focus on CRM activities.
