Abstract

The country of Indonesia has a special attention on the issue of children's rights. listed in Act 23 years 2002 and converted into law 35 years 2014 regarding the protection of the rights of the child. the law protects the rights of the child, and overall it was all for the good of the child. Violations of children's rights both from various sides, must be a concern for all parties. The various parties have to work together be it the State, the Government, local governments, communities, educators, and families. the existence of child protection in Indonesia needed to guarantee the future of the child, since children are the future of the nation. violate the rights of the child set forth in the legislation, resulting in the presence of either sanctions or penal damages. The law on child protection has been updated there are some changes and additions to some. However changes and addition does not change the essential point that the interests of children's rights should not be violated. Sanctions for violators of children's rights is also needed to effect deterrent. Help from other institutions in terms of child protection has made the protection of children's rights is a serious thing. If we do not protect children properly, then that will be at stake is the future of our country. because the future of our country depends also on the quality of the child.
