Abstract

Latar belakang: Status gizi seorang anak memiliki dampak jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang yang dapat memengaruhi masa depan anak tersebut. Berbagai faktor dapat memengaruhi status gizi anak terutama di 1000 hari pertama kehidupan (HPK), seperti berat badan lahir, pemberian ASI, pemberian MPASI, status imunisasi, dan status infeksi. Penelitian ini mengambil data anak berusia 6-23 bulan. Alasan pengambilan data mulai dariusia 6 bulan adalah karena ASI eksklusif diberikan sampai usia 6 bulan dan kemudian akan dimulai pemberian MPASI. Batas pengambilan data sampai usia 23 bulan, karena 1000 HPK atau sampai anak berusia 2 tahun adalah karena masa tersebut merupakan masa yang penting dalam pemenuhan status gizi anak. Penelitian mengenai faktor yang memengaruhi status gizi anak ini masih jarang dilakukan di Indonesia dan khususnya belum ada data mengenai hal ini di Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village, sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Tujuan: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan status gizi anak usia 6-23 bulan di Rumah Sakit Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village. Hipotesis: Adanya hubungan antara berat badan lahir, ASI, MPASI, status infeksi, dan status imunisasi terhadap status gizi saat ini. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan studi analitik dengan metode potong lintang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari rekam medik pasien anak yang datang ke Poliklinik Ilmu Kesehatan Anak Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village dalam kurun waktu 1 Januari 2015 sampai dengan 31 Januari 2020. Populasi penelitian ini adalah anak dengan usia 6-23 bulan yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada Januari 2020 – Februari 2020. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 165 sampel. Uji statistik menggunakan chi-kuadrat dan diolah dengan SPSS 25. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan bermakna antara berat badan lahir dengan status gizi BB/U dengan P-value 0,038. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara ASI, MPASI, status infeksi, dan status imunisasi dengan status gizi BB/U. Simpulan: Berat badan lahir berhubungan dengan status gizi anak saat ini. / Background: Nutritional status of a child has short and long-term impact for child’s future life. Both of this impact will change the child’s life that is why good nutritional status is important for child. Many factors will influence a child’s nutritional status especially on the first 1000 days of life such as low birth weight, breast feeding, complementary feeding, vaccination and chronic infection. This study used data from children aged 6-23 months. Data was collected from children aged 6 months because exclusive breastfeeding was given until the age of 6 months and also the start of complementary feeding while the data was taken up to children aged 23 months because the first 1000 days of life is an important period in fulfilling the nutritional status of children. Studies on factors that will influence the nutritional status of children is still rarely done in Indonesia, especially at Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village so the author was interested in doing this research. Purpose: This study aimed to understand factors that were associated with nutritional status of a child aged 6-23 months at Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village. Hypothesis: There was a relation between the birth weight, breast milk, complementary feeding, chronic infection, and immunization status on the nutritional status of children. Methodology: This study used analytic studies with a cross-sectional method. Data collection was carried out using secondary data from medical records of paediatric patients who came to the Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village Children's Health Polyclinic from January 1 2015 to January 31 2020. The study population was children aged 6-23 months who met inclusion and exclusion criteria. Sampling was carried out in January 2020 - February 2020. Samples taken as many as 165 samples. Statistical tests using chi-squared and processed with SPSS 25. Results: The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between birth weight with nutritional status BW / Age with P-value 0,038. There is no significant relationship between breast milk, breastfeeding, infection status, and immunization status with nutritional status of BW / Age. Conclusions: Birth weight was related to children aged 6-23 months’ nutritional status.
