Abstract

Proses belajar-mengajar tidak hanya dilaksanakan secara langsung di dalam kelas, akan tetapi dilakukan secara online. Suasana kelas yang tidak kondusif juga tidak hanya terjadi pada saat pembelajaran secara langsung saja, akan tetapi dalam proses pembelajaran secara online, ketidakkondusifan juga dapat terjadi. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan dari penulisan paper ini adalah mengkaji peran guru dalam pembelajaran online terhadap suasana kelas yang tidak kondusif berdasarkan kajian etika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah menggunakan penelitian kajian literatur menggunakan sumber-sumber dan teori yang relevan untuk memperkuat pernyataan-pernyataan yang dituliskan oleh penulis. Allah telah menjadikan manusia memiliki pengetahuan tentang yang baik dan yang benar untuk dilakukan, sehingga ditambah dengan tuntunan seorang guru membuat siswa menjadi jauh lebih mengerti terhadap perilaku yang benar yang harus diakukan di dalam kelas sehingga suasana kelas yag kondusif dapat dinikmati oleh siswa dan guru. Dalam hal ini seorang guru dapat menjadi seorang penuntun siswa agar suasana kelas dapat menjadi kondusif. Saran yang diberikan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat melakukan dan menyediakan waktu yang lebih banyak agar mendapatkan data yang lebih baik. / The teaching and learning process is not only carried out directly in the classroom but is carried out online. A classroom atmosphere that is not conducive also does not only occur during direct learning but in the online learning process, non-conduciveness can also occur. Therefore, the purpose of writing this paper is to examine the role of teachers in online learning towards a classroom atmosphere that is not conducive based on ethical studies. The research method used by the author is to use literature review research using relevant sources and theories to strengthen the statements written by the author. Allah has made humans to have the knowledge of what is good and what is right to do so that coupled with the guidance of a teacher makes students understand more about the correct behavior that must be done in the classroom so that a conducive classroom atmosphere can be enjoyed by students and teachers. In this case, a teacher can become a student guide so that the classroom atmosphere can be conducive. Suggestions given from this research are to be able to do and provide more time to get better data.
