Abstract

Dimiciling consumer from the aspect of economic social / finance, jurisdiction and law and energy bargain ( power bargaining ) still very weak. Weaken consumer in advocating to their rights, causing various badness and insincerity conscript to turn white still rampant hitherto. Mount awareness of rights consumer to their rights the fact in society is still low. This matter is releated to education of Indonesia society in general is still less. By stipulating peripheral of peripheral punish (in) consumerism area, like peripheral of law and regulation, institute construction and observation of consumerism collision, the institution of Solving Of Dispute Consumer (BPSK) and Self-Supporting Consumerism Institute (of) Society (LPKSM), and also mechanism of solving of consumer dispute, expected to the government and LPKSM to strive enableness of consumer through construction and education of consumer. This enableness is important because consumer have lo face. witli enterpreneur 'hat hard to Act property to the consumer, considering to the prinsiple of economic is done by the enterpreneur, to get the maximal result with sacrifice as minimum as posible. Meanwhile the consumer have to set the guarantee of security and safety in consuming the product.
