Abstract

Mall @ Alam Sutera adalah mal baru di kawasan Tangerang yang merupakan special business unit yang menjadi salah satu proyek unggulan PT. Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. Pada awal beroperasinya, Mall @ Alam Sutera meluncurkan secara resmi Nareswari Shopping Club yang merupakan salah satu upaya atau program Customer Relationship Management. Selama pelaksanaan magang, Penulis membantu di Divisi Promosi dan terlibat langsung dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan event Metamorfosa Batik Indonesia sebagai bentuk pemenuhan salah satu benefit yang ditawarkan oleh Nareswari Shopping Club. Metamorfosa Batik Indonesia mengangkat Batik sebagai tema besar dalam penyelenggaraannya. Event ini ingin menginformasikan para peserta bagaimana menggunakan Batik pada aktivitas sehari-hari namun tetap telihat trendy dan modern. Disisi lain, event ini juga memiliki tujuan untuk memberi pengetahuan serta menarik pengunjung agar mendaftarkan diri mereka menjadi member Nareswari. Penulis terlibat dalam keseluruhan proses event management, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan sampai ke evaluasi. Penulis menyimpulkan, penyelenggaraan event Metamorfosa Batik Indonesia ini mampu meningkatkan awareness pengunjung terhadap Nareswari. Saran Penulis, penyelenggaraan event Nareswari harus diperbanyak agar loyalitas para member meningkat dan jumlah member bertambah / Mall @ Alam Sutera is a new shopping mall in Tangerang district which is a special business unit and one of the top project of PT. Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. In the early period of operation, Mall @ Alam Sutera formally launched Nareswari Shopping Club which is one of the Customer Relationship Management program. During the internship days, the writer helped the Promoting Division and directly involved in the planning and organizing the “Metamorfosa Batik Indonesia” event as the fulfillment of one of the benefit offered by Nareswari Shopping Club. “Metamorfosa Batik Indonesia” raised Batik as the main theme on the execution. This event intended to inform the people and participants of how to wear Batik in the daily activities and to keep looking trendy and modern in it. On the other hand, this event also has the purpose of giving knowledge and attracting the visitors to register themselves to be the member of Nareswari. The writer was directly involved in the whole event management process, starting from the planning, executing, and evaluating. The writer concluded that the execution of Metamorfosa Batik Indonesia event at @Mall Alam Sutera could increasing the customers awareness to Nareswari customer relationship management program. The suggestion is that Nareswari events should be intensely done repeatedly so that the members’ loyalty will increase and the number of the members will also increase.
