Abstract

Electronic Commerce, especially which is performed through the Internet will have the lesser meaning impact unless there are arrangements that represent the part of international arrangement in a larger scale. The organizations bringing mandates possess importance roles in promoting electronic trading and provide the solution to problems, which meet the traders in general in this new media business. Since the beginning, although law have arranged the way of traditional human being in conducting commercial transaction, technological have to give all thoughts and control problems which cannot be performed by law approaching. Theoretically, Internet is a special technology to conduct a trading transaction (advertisement, production, purchasing, payment and service delivery). It can be conducted from one side, borderless and in the form of multimedia (voice the, picture, and article). Along with that, this article gives us some information on how the law rules in electronic commerce done by companies or individuals wish to do business through the Internet. Next, we will be informed the study of basic principles by international law which rule the relation of conducting commerce. Also in this case, we will study about the main ideas brought by institutions, which have been recognizing the changes in service and technology and also efforts concerning the problems in which it will be by the approach of General Agreement on Trade and in Services (GATS) and Agreement on Trade Related Aspects of Property Rights (TRIPS). Regarding the secure method of payment through the internet, private sectors has conducted some solution to create save secure electronic payment such as for: insurance closing and stocks brokers in providing a centralized service between Banks and small medium enterprises for them to have an enterprise credit card.
