Abstract

In this modern era, high-rise buildings could be found in various countries. Every construction of high-rise building has some risks that need to be noticed, because high-rise building construction has weight work and height structure. This study discusses the risk analysis on the work of upper structure formwork in building projects to improve quality performance. The research problems for this study are the determination of risk analysis standards and the formwork method used, factors and variables, dominant risk analysis, and recommendations for improvement. For risk standards, formwork methods, and factors & variables are analyzed by literature studies and field studies. Furthermore, for the dominant risk analysis is are analyzed by surveyed the main contractors to identify the frequency of risks and the impact on quality performance. There are analyzed by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to get the level of risk. The objective of analysis is to find the dominant risks, which is a risk variable that marked as high level. The standard used in this study is the Project Management Body of Knowledges (PMBOK), and the formwork method used is the formwork system. The risk factors used for analysis in this study consist of non-technical aspects, technical aspects, and legal aspects. Non-technical aspects have variables that discuss about labor, equipments, and materials. Technical aspects have variables that related to the execution and method of formwork. The last factor is the legal aspects that discuss about construction regulations and environmental regulations. The result of this study have found eigth risk variables that give affect for quality performance, those are feasibility of column/shearwall formwork after use (X.20), low construction costs (X.14), improper age of equipment (X.6), change order design (X.15), joint tightness of column/shearwall formwork (X23), marking of the column/shearwall position with shop drawing (X17), change of foreman and labor (XI6). This study provides recommendations for improvements to the dominant risk in structural formwork work on building projects. For variables XI 4, X6, XI 3 can be avoided by makr a good plan before the project runs. For XI 5 variables, the risk can be minimized by asking the owner to issue Site Instruction if there is additional work. For variable XI 6, risk can be reduced by giving special attention by supervisors and quality control. For XI 7, X20, andX23 these risks can be avoided through a checklist before the concrete work process with the consultant. / Pada era modem ini, bangunan gedung bertingkat tinggi dapat ditemukan di berbagai negara. Setiap Pembangunan gedung bertingkat tinggi memiliki risiko yang perlu diperhatikan, karena konstruksi bangunan gedung bertingkat tinggi memiliki bobot pekeijaan yang besar dan struktur bangunan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai analisis risiko pada pekerjaan bekisting struktur atas pada proyek gedung dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja mutu. Permasalasahan penelitan untuk penelitian ini adalah penentuan standard analisis risiko dan metode bekisting yang digunakan, factor dan variabel, analisis risiko dominan, dan rekomendasi perbaikan. Untuk standard risiko, metode bekisting, dan factor & variabel dianalisis dengan cara studi literature dan studi lapangan. Sedangkan analisis risiko dominan dilakukan dengan cara dengan cara survei kepada kontraktor utama untuk mengidentifikasi frekuensi risiko dan dampak terhadap kinerja mutu. Keduanya dilakukan analisis dengan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mendapatkan tingkatan risiko. Analisis tersebut bertujuan untuk menemukan risiko dominan, yaitu variabel risiko yang memiliki tingkat high . Standard yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah Project Management Body of Knowledges (PMBOK), dan metode bekisting yang digunakan adalah metode bekisting system. Faktor yang digunakan untuk analisis terdiri dari aspek non teknis, aspek teknis, dan aspek hukum. Aspek non teknis meliputi variable yang membahas perihal tenaga kerja, perlatan, serta material. Aspek teknis meliputi variable yang terkait pelaksanaan dan metodenya. Sedangkan aspek hukum membahas mengenai legalitas hukum dan lingkunganHasil penelitian ini didapati bahwa 3 varabel risiko yang memilki level High yang berdampak terhadap kinerja mutu. Varibel itu antara lain Kelayakan bekisting kolom/shearwall bekas pakai (X20), Biaya konstmksi yang rendah (X14), Usia alat yang tidak layak (X6), Perubahan design (X15), Durasi pelaksanaan yang tidak wajar (X13), Kerapatan sambungan bekisting kolom/shearwall (X23), Kesesuaian marking posisi kolom/shearwall dengan shop drawing (X17), pergantian mandor dan tenaga kerja (Xi6). Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk risiko dominan pada pekerjaan bekisting struktur atas proyek gedung. Untuk variabel X14, X6, X13 dapat dihindari dengan rencana yang matang sebelum proyek berjalan. Untuk variabel X15, risiko dapat diperkecil dengan meminta owner menerbitkan Site Instruction apabila terdapat pekerjaan tambah. Untuk variabel Xi6, risiko dapat dikurangi dengan memberikan perhatian khusus oleh supervisor dan quality control. Untuk X17, X20, dan X23 risiko tersebut dapat dihindari dengan melalui ceklist sebelum pelaksanaan pengecoran bersama konsultan MK.
