Abstract

Peran Media Sosial PKKI sangat membantu masyarakat untuk mengedukasi dan juga berbagi informasi tentang Kementerian Luar Negeri Indonesia melalui media sosial Instagram atau Zoom Meeting. Fungsi komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian Luar Negeri sebenarnya berfungsi untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan masyarakat umum yang mana ingin menambah suatu wawasan tentang permasalahan yang ditangani oleh Kementerian Luar Negeri serta mengetahui kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian Luar Negeri pada masa pandemi global ini. Kementerian Luar Negeri akan terus melaksanakan kewajiban nya sebagai penyambung kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh negara lain kepada masyarakat Indonesia yang mana ingin mengikuti kegiatan tersebut. Dengan adanya pandemi global ini menjadikan berbagai kegiatan yang telah dirancang oleh Kementerian Luar Negeri menjadi tertunda dan dibatasi tetapi hal itu tidak menjadikan terhapusnya kegiatan tersebut yang mana bisa digantikan dengan kegiatan melalui dalam jaringan (virtual conference). Kementerian Luar Negeri Indonesia mempunyai peran penting dalam rangka melakukan suatu hubungan kerja antar Negara baik bilateral ataupun multilateral. Melakukan hubungan kerja antar Negara bisa membuat Negara Indonesia mendapatkan suatu keuntungan dalam kerja sama tersebut mulai dari perdagangan internasional sampai dapat melakukan pinjaman hutang kepada Negara kerja sama tersebut. Diharapkan kerja sama tersebut dalam kerja sama antar Negara tersebut dapat memberikan manfaat yang terutama bagi masyarakat Indonesia dalam mengetahui suatu wawasan Internasional / The role of PKKI Social Media is very helpful for the public to educate and also share information about the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs through social media Instagram or Zoom Meeting. The communication function carried out by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs actually functions to interact directly with the general public who want to add insight into the problems handled by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and find out about the activities carried out by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during this global pandemic. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will continue to carry out its obligations to connect activities carried out by other countries to the Indonesian people who wish to participate in these activities. With this global pandemic, various activities that have been designed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are delayed and limited, but this does not cause the elimination of these activities which can be replaced with activities through the network (virtual conference). The Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has an important role in establishing a working relationship between countries, both bilateral and multilateral. Establishing a working relationship between countries can make the State of Indonesia get an advantage in this cooperation, starting from international trade to being able to make debt loans to the cooperating State. It is hoped that this cooperation in cooperation between countries can provide especially benefits for the Indonesian people in knowing an international perspective.
