Abstract
This research or case study examines the Fixed Asset Management at Home Credit Indonesia a private limited company located at South Jakarta. This is an analysis on the level of efficiency of the fixed asset management at Home Credit Indonesia using ratio analysis. Ratios used will include fixed asset turnover, return on asset and fixed asset to equity ratio. All the ratios will be related to the center topic which is Fixed Asset Management as everything in this research will revolve around that limited to Home Credit Indonesia. The second part of the research involves researching and observing the companies methods and how it conducts its fixed asset management, this information is later compared with the guidelines of PSAK 16 which is an official Indonesian Standard for Fixed Assets and its treatments. All this information and data will then be analyzed and evaluated to create an opinion and concluded upon about the performance of the company. The end result showed a good growth from ratios and proper compliance with necessary standards.
