Abstract

Latar Belakang Nyeri tangan merupakan suatu perasaan tidak nyaman yang umumnya disebabkan oleh rangsangan kuat dan terlokalisasi pada daerah tangan meliputi jari tangan, telapak tangan serta pergelangan tangan. Nyeri tangan telah menjadi keluhan muskuloskeletal peringkat ketiga yang paling sering dikemukakan selama masa kehamilan, setelah nyeri punggung bawah dan nyeri punggung. Hal ini wajar bagi seorang wanita hamil mengalami perubahan fisiologis. Perubahan ini sepenuhnya normal karena bersifat sementara dan dapat kembali normal setelah melahirkan. Namun tidak jarang pula terdapat wanita yang mengalami nyeri tangan pada masa postpartum. Terdapat faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan penyakit ini seperti paritas, menyusui, berat badan lahir bayi, usia ibu saat melahirkan, dan hormonal. Tujuan Untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan kejadian nyeri tangan pada ibu dengan bayi Metode Penelitian menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 44 subjek dari ibu yang memiliki bayi di Puskesmas Panunggangan Barat dan diambil secara convenience sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dari Desember 2019 hingga April 2020. Kemudian diuji stastistik dengan menggunakan metode Pearson Chi Square. Hasil Dari 44 orang responden yang diuji menggunakan Pearson Chi-Square didapatkan nilai p dari hubungan variabel nyeri tangan dengan paritas = 0,038, nilai p dari hubungan variabel nyeri tangan dengan berat badan lahir bayi = 0,041, dan nilai p dari hubungan variabel nyeri tangan dengan cara menyusui = 0,034, tetapi nilai p dari hubungan variabel nyeri tangan dengan usia martenal = 0,1. Kesinpulan Ada hubungan antara kejadian nyeri tangan dengan paritas, berat badan lahir bayi, dan menyusui ASI, tetapi tidak ada hubungan antara kejadian nyeri tangan dengan usia maternal / Background Hand pain is an distressing feeling caused by strong and localized stimulation on hand including fingers, palm and wrist. Hand pain is the third most commonly confirmed musculoskeletal complaint during pregnancy, after lower back pain and back pain. This physiological change is normal because it is temporary and can return to normal after delivery. However, there are several women who having hand pain during the postpartum period. There are factors related to this disease such as parity, childbirth, baby's birth weight, maternal age at birth, and hormonal. Aim Finding out the factors most associated to the incidence of hand pain in mothers with infants Method The study used a cross sectional study design with a sample of 44 subjects from mothers who had babies in the Panunggangan Barat Health Center and taken by convenience sampling. Data collection was carried out from December 2019 to April 2020. Then the statistics were tested using the Pearson Chi Square method. Results From 44 respondents, the Pearson Chi-Square test results obtained the value of the variable hand pain relationship with parity = 0.038, the value of the relationship variable hand pain with babies birth weight = 0.041, and the value of the variable hand pain by breastfeeding = 0.034, but the value of the relationship between hand pain variable and martenal age = 0.1. Conclusions There is an association between the incidence of hand pain and parity, birth weight of infants, and breastfeeding, but there is no relationship between the incidence of hand pain and maternal age.
