Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara berkembang yang memiliki hutan hujan tropis terbesar kedua di dunia. Hutan hujan tropis merupakan wilayah tempat tinggal bagi berbagai jenis flora fauna. Hal ini banyak dimanfaatkan manusia untuk kepentingan hidupnya sendiri. Pemanfaatan yang kurang baik dapat merusak ekosistem darat serta menimbulkan permasalahan lingkungan. Pemerintah Indonesia memiliki kewajiban untuk melestarikan keindahan alam sekaligus memastikan generasi berikutnya dapat menikmati hal yang sama. Oleh sebab itu, pemerintah Indonesia telah bekerja sama dengan beberapa pihak yaitu negara dan aktor non negara, World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), sebagai aktor non negara berusaha untuk berkontribusi mencapai tujuan dari Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) nomor 15. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana kontribusi yang di berikan oleh WWF Indonesia dalam mencapai SDGs nomor 15 di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kepustakaan dan pencarian daring di internet tentang WWF di Indonesia. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan analisis validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan berdasarkan content analysis. Teori yang digunakan sebagai pendekatan WWF adalah Neoliberalisme. Dari hasil penelitian dari beberapa kerja WWF-Indonesia telah memberikan kontribusi terhadap Indikator Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB) / Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) yang telah diterbitkan oleh Kementerian Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional/Bappenas. Kontribusi WWF-Indonesia terhadap SDGs nomor 15 di wilayah Kalimantan dejelaskan melalui program Heart of Borneo (HoB) beserta upaya lainnya. / The biodiversity on this planet is being threatened and is shrinking rapidly. Therefore, conservation efforts are needed in Indonesia. The Indonesian government has an obligation to preserve natural beauty while ensuring that the next generation can enjoy the same. Therefore, the Government of Indonesia has collaborated with several parties, namely state and non-state actors, among actors outside the Government is the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), as an effort to achieve the goals of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) number 15. This research aims to describe the contribution of WWF Indonesia for achiving the 15th SDGs goals in Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by using literature techniques and daring searches on the internet about WWF in Indonesia. Data obtained using validity and reliability analysis. Data analysis was performed based on content analysis. The theory used in WWF's approach is Neoliberalism. From the results of research from several works by WWF-Indonesia, it has contributed to the Indicators of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that have been published by the Ministry of National Development Planning or Bappenas. WWF-Indonesia's contribution to the Kalimantan region includes restoring damaged areas in natural fortresses, rehabilitating degraded areas, with their programme Heart of Borneo (HoB) and other approach.
