Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terdiri dari Proactiveness, Innovativeness, Risk Taking yang dimiliki oleh setiap karyawan terhadap pekerjaan yang ada, untuk melakukan analisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap pekerjaan mereka, untuk melakukan analisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap pekerjaan mereka, dan untuk melakukan analisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap pekerjaan mereka. Berdasarkan tujuan tersebut, muncul hipotesis yaitu: (1) Ada pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan; (2) Ada pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan; (3) Ada pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini ditunjukan kepada karyawan di PT Anugerah Berkah Abadi Makmur (ABAM) Tangerang dengan jumlah 90 orang yang terdiri dari 52 pria dan 38 wanita. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner, yang terdiri dari 12 indikator. Pengujian terhadap kuesioner dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Selanjutnya, alat yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah PLS-SEM dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil temuan mengungkapkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, ada pengaruh antara Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, dan ada pengaruh antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. / This study aims to identify the influence of Job Satisfaction consisting of Proactiveness, innovativeness, Risk-Taking that each employee has on their existing work, to analyze the influence of leadership on their work, to analyze the influence of leadership on their work, to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture on their wok, and to conduct an analysis of on their work. Base on these objectives several hypotheses emerged, namely: (1) There is an influence of leadership on employee job satisfaction; (2) There is an influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction; (3) There is an influence of the work environment on employee job satisfaction. This research was shown to employee at PT Anugerah Berkah Abadi Makmur (ABAM) Tangerang with a total 90 people consisting of 52 men and 38 women. This instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire, which consists of 12 indicators. Testing of the questionnaire was conducted to test the validity and reliability. Furthermore, the tool used in data analysis is PLS-SEM with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The findings reveal that there is an influence between Leadership on Job Satisfaction, there is an influence between Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction, and there is an influence between Work Environment on Job Satisfaction.
