Abstract

Dalam sejarah, arsitektur dapat digunakan untuk mendesain suatu bangunan dan dapat disesuaikannya dengan kondisi-kondisi tertentu seperti wabah untuk menjadi solusi dari kondisi tersebut. Selain dari itu, ada beberapa faktor desain yang dapat digunakan untuk mendorong kesehatan jiwa, mental dan fisik. Hal-hal tersebut dirancangkan untuk menghindari adanya penyakit mau itu secara mental atau fisik. Salah satu ruang publik yang penting untuk tetap beroperasi adalah ruang komersial. Pentingnya Ruang komersial sebagai ruang publik diakibatkan oleh sifat ruang komersial itu sendiri dimana ia dapat menjaga kestabilan ekonomi, menjadi ruang sosialisasi masyarakat dan juga mendukung perkembangan kota. Namun, munculnya aturan-aturan baru dan munculnya risiko kesehatan dalam mengunjung ruang komersial yang diakibatkan oleh munculnya virus COVID-19 mengakibatkan beberapa persoalan dan faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan ulang. Hasil dari riset ini menyimpulkan bahwa ada 4 faktor dari strategi penyebaran virus. Pertama, kriteria tata ruang membahas bahwa ketinggian ceiling dan luasan ruang adalah hal yang penting. Kedua, kriteria gerakan spasial membicaracakan tentang jarak antara manusia dan sirkulasi. Ketiga, kriteria materi menjelaskan bahwa viabilitas virus pada materi. Terakhir, kriteria kualitas udara mendiskusikan suhu dan ventilasi sebagai faktor yang penting. Di dalam penulisan ini, analisa dilakukan pada bentuk Cilandak Town square yang existing untuk menentukan apakah gedung tersebut harus diredesain ulang dalam konteks pandemi. Dan dapat disadari setelah diteliti melewati 4 faktor penyebaran strategi virus yang berupa hasil proses penelitian bahwa Cilandak Town Square tidak memadai ketika berbicara mengenai pencegahan penyebaran transmisi viral. Dari faktor yang pertama yaitu tata ruang, volume ruang dipastikan memadai dalam konteks pandemi, dimana semakin besar volume ruangan, semakin cepat partikel virus menghilang. Untuk faktor kedua yaitu Gerakan spasial, sirkulasi 1 arah sambil menentukan jarak 2-meter antara satu orang dengan yang lain diterapkan dengan penggunaan signage dan ramps. Faktor ketiga yaitu viabilitas virus pada materi difokuskan untuk meminimalkan jumlah debu yang dapat masuk kedalam Cilandak Town Square. Faktor keempat adalah kualitas udara dimana penerapan penghijauan pada setiap bukaan dan juga fitur udara yang ada pada bagian tengah bangunan dapat memberikan suhu yang cukup baik. Demikian dalam mendesain ulang bangunan yang telah dipilih yaitu Cilandak Town square, strategi yang telah disimpulkan baik untuk diterapkan pada Cilandak Town Square supaya dapat mencegah penyebaran transmisi viral./In history, architecture can be used to design a building and adapted to certain conditions such as the plague to be a solution to these conditions. Apart from this, there are several design factors that can be used to promote mental, mental and physical health. These things are designed to prevent illness whether it is mentally or physically. One of the important public spaces to keep operating is a commercial space to maintain economic stability, a space for community socialization and also to support urban development. However, the emergence of new regulations and the emergence of health risks in visiting commercial spaces caused by the emergence of the COVID-19 virus have resulted in several problems and factors that must be reconsidered. This research concludes that there are 4 factors in the strategy to mitigate viruses. First, the spatial criteria consider that the ceiling height and space are important. Second, the criteria for spatial motion speak of the distance between humans and the circulation. Third, the material criteria explain that the viability of the virus in the material is important to consider. Finally, air quality criteria discuss temperature and ventilation as important factors. In this paper, an analysis is carried out on the existing Cilandak Town square building to determine whether the building should be redesigned in the context of a pandemic. And it can be realized after being examined through the 4 factors that Cilandak Town Square is inadequate when talking about preventing the spread of viral transmission. From the first factor, namely spatial planning, the volume of space is certain to be adequate in the context of a pandemic, where the larger the room volume, the faster the virus particles will disappear. For the second factor, namely spatial movement, one-way circulation while determining a 2-meter distance between one person and another is applied using signage and ramps. The third factor, namely the viability of viruses in the material, is focused on minimizing the amount of dust that can enter Cilandak Town Square. The fourth factor is air quality where the application of planters at each opening and also water features in the middle of the building can provide a fairly good temperature. Thus, in redesigning the building that has been chosen, namely Cilandak Town square, the concluded strategy is good to be implemented in Cilandak Town Square.
