Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif faktor situasional dan non situasional yang terdiri dari antara lingungan fisik, lingkungan sosial, perspektif waktu, kualitas produk, dan keragaman produk pada keputusan pembelian di Giant Harapan Indah, Bekasi. pada beberapa tahun belakangan perusahaan ritel di Indonesia mengalami kerugian besar tidak terkecuali perusahaan Giant, PT Hero Supermarket tbk menutup gerai Giant di tahun 2019 sebanyak 7 gerai dan mengalami kerugian di tahun tahun sebelumnya ditambah lagi di tahun 2020 ini pandemi covid - 19 menyebar hampir ke seluruh dunia dan menghancurkan ekonomi seluruh dunia tak terkecuali ekonomi di Indonesia. Di kuartal pertama tahun 2020 saja, PT Hero Supermarket tbk sudah mengalami kerugian sebesar 44 milliar rupiah. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian ini sehingga dapat mengetahui apakah lingkungan fisik, lingkungan sosial, perspektif waktu, kualitas produk, dan keragaman produk memiliki pengaruh pada keputusan pembelian di Giant Harapan Indah, Bekasi. Dalam pengambilan sampel teknik yang dipilih adalah non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling yang dimana responden merupakan pelanggan yang pernah berbelanja di Giant Harapan Indah, Bekasi dengan jumlah 200 responden. Data kemudian diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak Smart PLS dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan fisik tidak berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan lingkungan sosial, perspektif waktu, kualitas produk, dan keragaman produk berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keputusan pembelian seseorang. / The purpose of this study is to determine the positive influence of situational and non-situational factors consisting of physical environment, social environment, time perspective, product quality, and product diversity on purchasing decisions at Giant Harapan Indah, Bekasi. In recent years retail companies in Indonesia have suffered huge losses, including Giant company, PT Hero Supermarket tbk closed 7 Giant outlets in 2019 and suffered losses in the previous year. Furthermore, in 2020 the Covid-19 pandemic has spread almost throughout world and destroying the economy of the whole world including the economy in Indonesia. In the first quarter of 2020 alone, PT Hero Supermarket tbk already suffered a loss of 44 billion rupiah. Therefore, research conducted to find out whether the physical environment, social environment, time perspective, product quality, and product diversity had an influence on purchasing decisions at Giant Harapan Indah, Bekasi. The sampling method chosen is non probability sampling, with purposive sampling in which the respondents are customers who have shopped at Giant Harapan Indah, Bekasi with a total of 200 respondents. The data then processed using Smart PLS software using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model. The results of the study indicate that the physical environment variables do not have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, while the social environment, time perspective, product quality, and product diversity have a positive effect on one's purchasing decisions.
