Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui analisis dari budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan bersifat transformasional, dan kebutuhan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pada karyawan yang bekerja di Universitas PH, tepatnya di sektor layanan kampus. Karyawan yang diteliti adalah seluruh karyawan, staf, admin yang telah bekerja minimal 1 tahun. Penelitian ini diangkat karena melihat kepuasan layanan di Universitas PH yang kurang memuaskan oleh mahasiswa selaku pelanggan primer perguruan tinggi, dan ulasan berbagai pihak tentang kepuasan layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dimana menggunakan total sample, artinya seluruh jumlah populasi adalah jumlah sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3 dan SEM dalam pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepemimpinan transformasional (0.000<0.05), dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan (0.194>0.05) terhadap motivasi kerja, dan budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan tranformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja (0.002< 0.05), dan budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan tranformasional, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja (0.008<0.05). Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi dan manfaat bagi institusi perguruan tinggi Universitas PH dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan terhadap kebutuhan setiap instanti perguruan tinggi dengan meningkatkan budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan kebutuhan motivasi kerja terhadap karyawan, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. / The purpose of this research was to determine the analysis of organizational culture, transformational leadership, and the need for work motivation on the performance of employees who work at PH University, to be precise in the campus service sector. The sample were all employees, staff, and admins who had worked for at least 1 year. This research was chosen because of the unsatisfactory services at PH University by students as primary customers, and various parties' reviews about service quality. The research uses quantitative methods, with data collection using online questionnaires. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling which used a total sample, meaning that the entire population was the number of samples. This research uses SmartPLS 3 and SEM software in data processing. The results of this research are that organizational culture has a significant effect on transformational leadership (0.000 <0.05), and organizational culture has no significant effect (0.194> 0.05) on work motivation, and organizational culture and transformational leadership have a significant effect on work motivation (0.002 <0.05), and organizational culture, transformational leadership, and work motivation have a significant effect on performance (0.008 <0.05). This research is expected to be able to provide contributions and benefits to the PH University higher education institutions in improving service quality to the needs of each higher education institution by improving organizational culture, transformational leadership, and the need for work motivation for employees, to improve employee performance.
