Abstract

Kenakalan remaja, atau delinkuensi remaja (Juvenile Delinquency Kartono.) adalah perilaku menyimpang yang dilakukan anak-anak dan para remaja. Fenomena ini umum terjadi di daerah urban dikarenakan perbedaan status sosial dan status ekonomi. Infografik ini dibuat menggunakan buku “Patologi Sosial 2: Kenakalan Remaja” karya Dr. Kartini Kartono sebagai basis sumber informasi yang dibuat menjadi sebuah infografik yang dianimasikan. Perancangan didahului dengan membaca informasi pokok mengenai fenomena Kenakalan Remaja berkisar dari jenis-jenis delinkuensi, faktor-faktor pendukung pembentukan perilaku-perilaku sosiopatik dan cara penanggulangan perilaku-perilaku tersebut menggunakan pendekatan humaniter. Perancangan dimulai dengan memilah jumlah informasi yang akan dimasukan sebagai konteks dalam infografik animasi dan dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan storyboard dan naskah narasi. Media program digital Adobe Illustrator digunakan untuk membuat rancangan visual yang melingkupi penggunaan bentuk dasar, proporsi dan pewarnaan untuk mencapai hasil yang sesuai dengan konteks buku dan tujuan infografik sebagai media visual yang bersifat informatif. Setelah visual dirancang menjadi aset yang akan dianimasikan, proses animasi dimulai dengan menggunakan program Adobe After Effect dengan cara meng-import aset-aset visual tersebut sebelum disusun per layer dan diatur menjadi staging berdasarkan storyboard. Bersamaan dengan staging dan dilanjutkan dengan proses menganimasikan, suara narasi direkam untuk menentukan panjang sebuah sekuens animasi per adegan. Semua sekuens animasi yang sudah selesai digabungkan menggunakan program video editor dengan menyatukan semua adegan sesuai urutan dalam storyboard dan rekaman suara narasi dan musik dimasukan kedalam video dengan disesuaikan dengan timing yang sudah ditentukan. / Juvenile Delinquency, (Kenakalan remaja Kartono.) is the act of unlawful behavior committed by children and teenagers alike. This phenomenon is common within the urban areas due to the differences of social and economic status. This infographic is designed using the book titled “Patologi Sosial 2: Kenakalan Remaja” by Dr. Kartini Kartono as the base of source that will be realized into an animated infographic. The design process is proceeded by reading the main information of the Juvenile Delinquency phenomenon in the scope of the types of delinquencies, factors that supports the development of sociopathic behaviors and the ways to prevent such behaviors using the humanist approach. The design process began by sorting out the amount of information to be included within the animated infographic and is continued by making the storyboard and narration script. The digital software Adobe Illustrator is used to create the visual design that includes the usage of basic shapes, proportions and colors to achieve the look that fits the book’s context and the goal as an informative visual media. After the visuals has been designed to be assets that will be animated, the animation began by using the software Adobe After Effects by importing the visual assets before being arranged into the staging based on the storyboard. Along with the staging dan the continuous animation process, voice narration is recorded to determine the length of sequences in each separate scene. All scenes that have been completed is then united using a video editor software by stitching one scene with the others based on the order within the storyboard along with the voice narration and music inserted within the video with the adjustment based on the determined timing.
