Abstract

Seorang pemasar biasanya akan membuat strategi dalam hal kualitas,harga,promosi,kemasan,dll.Perilaku konsumen itu dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu konsumen dan organisasi.Dimana,faktor ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai seperti budaya,etnis,kualitas produk,kelebihan produk,dan kemasan produk.Selain itu,perilaku konsumen juga dapat diperlihatkan dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap sebelum pembelian,pembelian dan setelah pembelian.Dalam hal komunikasi terdapat tiga unsur penting yaitu : sumber informasi (receiver),saluran (media),dan penerima informasi (audience). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif.Salah satu metode yang digunakan adalah kuesioner.Perilaku konsumen itu terbagi atas tiga hal : memperoleh,mengkonsumsi,dan membuang kebutuhannya setelah dipakai.Metode pengujian data yang dilakukan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 104 responden,di 3 tenant yang berada di Mall Puri Indah,dan melakukan click counter di lobby timur dan lobby barat.Interpretasi data dapat dilakukan dengan dua cara.Pertama,interpretasi yang dilakukan secara terbatas dan Kedua interpretasi yang dilakukan dengan cara mencari pengertian yang lebih luas tentang berbagai hasil penelitian yang di peroleh dari analisis. Perilaku konsumen dalam memenuhi kebutuhan di Mall Puri Indah ada tiga yaitu : memperoleh,mengkonsumsi,dan membuang.Aktivitas memperoleh itu dilakukan saat melakukan pembelian.Dimana,berdasarkan harga barang di mall sedangkan mengkonsumsi adalah aktivitas yang dilakukan saat penggunjung mall menggunakan fasilitas Vallet Parkir dan aktivitas membuang terjadi saat konsumen mengunjungi mall lain./ A marketers usually will make strategy in terms of quality, the price, promotion, packaging, etc. Consumer behavior it is affected by two factors that is consumers and organization. Where , this factor are influenced by various as culture , ethnic , quality products , excess products , and packaging products . In addition, behavior consumers can also shown in several stages of the stage before the purchase, purchase and after purchase. In terms of communication there are three important element: a source of information ( receiver ), passage ( media ), and recipients information ( audience ). Methods used in research this is the method quantitative . One method used is quesioner.consumers that divided into three things: obtain , consume , and disposing of their needs after used . A method of the examination of executed is spreading the questionnaire to 104 respondents, in 3 tenant who are at mall puri indah, and do click counter at lobby east and west lobby. Interpretation of data can be done with two cara.pertama , interpretation conducted in limited and second interpretation performed with to find a wider definition of of various research results in gathered from analysis . Consumer behavior in fulfilling their need at mall puri indah there are three i.e.: obtain, consume, and disposing of. The activity of obtaining it done while buy . Where , based on goods price in mall while consume is activity was done while penggunjung mall use the facilities vallet parking and activity throw happens when consumers visit mall other .
