Abstract

Beberapa tahun belakangan ini semakin meningkatnya kasus bunuh diri yang dikarenakan kurangnya rasa dicintai oleh orang lain. Manusia mempunyai kebutuhan akan rasa dicintai dan dihargai dari orang lain. Persahabatan adalah salah satu cara agar manusia merasa dihargai dan dicintai. Dari persahabatan kita mendapatkan orang lain yang perhatian dan rela berkorban untuk kita. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan adanya data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah scene-scene yang dianggap mengandung persahabatan didalamnya. Data sekundernya adalah wawancara dengan penulis skenario film 5cm yaitu Donny Dhirgantoro. Teknik penelitiannya adalah dengan menggunakan analisis semiotika Roland Barthes. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dibuktikan bahwa persahabatan itu penting dan manusia tidak bisa hidup sendiri. / These recent years, the amount of suicide cases has increase with cause by lack of being loved by others. As human being, there are need to be loved and to be recognized by others. Friendship is one of the way to feel being loved and recognized. From a friendship, human could feel care and know how others put them first before themselves. Data is being collected with the existence of primary and secondary data. The primary data from this research are from scenes that consider contains friendship inside them. The secondary data is the interview with the script writer of 5 Cm movie, Donny Dhirgantoro. The research technique of this research is using the Semiotic Analysis by Roland Barthes. From the research can be proved that friendship is an important thing and as a human being we can’t live by ourselves.
