Abstract
Penelitian dalam Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu teknik sampling probabilitas terbaik dengan menggunakan data kuesioner dari pelanggan di kedai kopi Cotive Working Space & Coffee. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi Spe- arman dan analisis regresi sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian ini terlihat bahwa citra merek mempunyai hubungan dengan keloyalitasan pelanggan dengan hasil uji korelasi pada data populasi sebesar 0.668, kepuasan pelanggan juga mempunyai hubungan dengan keloyalitasan pelanggan dengan hasil uji korelasi pada data populasi sebesar 0.453. Teknik Sampling probabilitas yang digunakan ada empat yaitu simple random sampling dengan hasil uji korelasi antara brand image dengan customer loyalty sebesar 0.6874 dan antara customer satisfaction dengan customer loyalty sebesar 0.4104, teknik stratified sampling dengan hasil uji korelasi antara brand image dengan customer loyalty sebesar 0.6658 dan antara customer satisfaction dengan customer loyalty sebesar 0.4795, teknik systematic sampling dengan hasil uji korelasi antara brand image dengan customer loyalty sebesar 0.6678 dan antara customer satisfaction dengan customer loyalty sebesar 0.456, dan pada teknik cluster sampling dengan hasil uji korelasi antara brand image dengan customer loyalty sebesar 0.6782 dan antara customer satisfaction dengan customer loyalty sebesar 0.4542. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik systematic random sampling merupakan teknik sampel probabilitas dengan nilai paling mendekati hasil keseluruhan yaitu selisih korelasi dengan pengujian pada populasi sebesar 0.0002 untuk variabel brand image dengan customer loyalty dan sebesar 0.007 untuk variabel customer satisfaction dengan customer loyalty.

This final project research intended to find out which probability tecniques are best at using questionnaire data from Cotive Working Space & Coffee. This research using Spearman's correlation test and simple regression analysis. The result shows that brand image does have relation with customer loyalty with coefficient correlation on population is 0.668, and customer satisfaction have relation with customer loyalty with coefficient correlation on population is 0.453. There are four techniques that used in this final project, simple random sampling with the result of brand image have relation with customer loyalty is 0.6874 and customer satisfaction have relation with customer loyalty is 0.4104, stratified sampling with the result of brand image have relation with customer loyalty is 0.6658 and customer satisfaction have relation with customer loyalty is 0.4795, systematic sampling with the result of brand image have relation with customer loyalty is 0.6678 and customer satisfaction have relation with customer loyalty is 0.456, and cluster sampling with the result of brand image have relation with customer loyalty is 0.6782 and customer satisfaction have relation with customer loyalty is 0.4542. The results show that systematic random sampling technique have the closest result with the result on population with difference value from correlation in population is 0.0002 for variable brand image with customer loyalty and 0.007 for variable customer satisfaction with customer loyalty.
