Abstract
This Fieldwork report is written based on the development of the inventory system for sales process in PT. Lux Frame Internasional. This system will contain two parts which are the database that will store all the trasaction data and the software that will be the interface between the database system and user. The aim of this project is to design a computer system that can improve the efficiency and effectivity of the company business process. This system can do inputing, processing data, and producing reports to help persons in charged to get information needed. And the main focus of the system is the sales process. Process modeling and data modeling concepts are the fundamental theories that are applied in this fieldwork. Processes are described by using Data Flow Diagrams, and data will be modelled using Entity Relation Ship Diagram. The system is developed using Microsoft Access 2000 and Visual Basic 6.0.
