Abstract

Pada saat ini di dalam sector kesehatan teknologi dapat menghubungkan dokter dengan pasien. Dokter dapat mengetahui keadaan pasien secara terperinci dan pasien juga dapat diingatkan untuk meminum obat yang dimana system tersebut dapat terintegrasi dengan dokter. Dengan ulasan pengobatan pasien, keuntungan yang didapatkan oleh keduabelah pihak (dokter dan dan pasiennya). Pasien dapat melaporkan kondisi kesehatan mereka dan mendapatkan pengingat saat harus minum obat, selain itu dokter juga diuntungkan ketika mereka mengetahui kondisi pasien setelah meminum obat yang telah diresepkan dan juga mendapatkan ulasan terhadap pengobatan yang telah mereka berikan. Itu dapat membantu dokter sebagai bahan observasi dimana dapat meningkatkan kualitas profesionalisme mereka. Project ini menggunakan OpenEMR untuk menghubungkan dokter kepada pasiennya dan juga aplikasi android sebagai penghubung ke dokter. Yang menjadi batasan dari aplikasi ini adalah keberadaan internet; dimana jika tidak adanya internet, akan adanya penundaan notifikasi bagi pasien dan hasil yang diterima dokter juga tidak ada. Setelah di lakukan pengetesan terhadap 10 responden dan 2 dokter, aplikasi ini adalah aplikasi yang sudah baik, meski belum sempurna, itu dapat terlihat dari hasil survei dimana 58.33% dari pengguna merasa puas menggunakan aplikasi ini dan 41.67% dari pengguna merasa cukup puas menggunakan aplikasi ini. Itu dipertimbangkan sebagai cukup membantu, akan tetapi dibutuhkan untuk pemudahan dan diperbaiki dibeberapa aspek seperti notifikasi, itu dapat terlihat dari hasil suvey dimana 75% tidak mendapat kendala saat menggunakan aplikasi dan 25% mengalami kendala pada notifikasi. maka dari hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan fungsinya. / Nowadays, in the medical sector, technology can be useful to connect doctors with their patients. They will be able to find out their patients’ needs in detail and patients will also receive regular reminders to consume their medication and will be able to access a medication review. With this patients’ medication review, advantages will be achieved by both parties (doctors and their patients). Patients can report their health condition and receive reminders for their medications. Furthermore, the doctors are also profited when they are able to know about their patients’ conditions after consuming medicine they have prescribed and when they receive the feedback over the treatment they have done. It can help the doctors as a form of selfobservation which can improve themselves as a medical professional. This project will use OpenEMR to connect the doctors with their patients and Android Application as a connector from the doctor. What limits this application is internet availability; if the internet is unavailable, delays of the notification for the patients and results for the doctors are inevitable. After being tested to ten respondents and two doctors, this application is already a good one, albeit not perfect, it can be referred to survey result that 58.33% of users are very satisfied with this application and 41.67% of users are somewhat satisfied. It is considered a good help, but needed to be simplified and had to be fixed in certain aspects like the notification, it can be referred to survey result that 75% of users did not get any problem with this application and 25% of users get a problem in notification, it can be concluded that this system can properly and correctly function treatment.
