Abstract
This Fieldwork report is written based on the website of Sekolah Minggu GBI Kota. The website is developed according to the user requirements which will allows the user to get complete information about all activities in Sekolah Minggu GBI Kota. The purpose of the website is to introduce and give information about the organization to the user, give information to parents about the teacher, and as one of children services. The website will also accomodate the communication between the user and the organization. The process of developing this application is using the System Live Cycle methods (SLC). The report discuss thoroughly on the process involved in the website. The current system are described by using workflow diagram and the new system are described by using Data Flow Diagram; each data is explained in greater detail by using Data Dictionary. This website is created and developed using the Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, Personal Home Page (PHP), and MySQL. The database used in this website is facilitating the data storage of any information involved in Sekolah Minggu GBI Kota.
