Abstract

This thesis develops a computerized module which will be implemented to sale Pelita Harapan University’s registration forms to new students which will be used by employees in the marketing department. This module is developed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 to assist user in writing a clear and professional report, lastly, DBMS Microsoft SQL Server is used as database. The registration form’s sales module consists of five sets of programs as follows: Print Label and Registration Form to print the number on the registration forms and to label them properly, Distribution Of Registration Form, Print The Of Selling Registration Form, Auditor Validation, Report Selling Of Registration Form. These other five sets of program has their own tasks in dealing with problems related to the sale of registration forms beginning from distribution, sales, validation and reports.
