Abstract
This thesis is about managing, processing and announcement of admission test at Program Pascasarjana Universitas Pelita Harapan. Admission test will be held every semester through several batches to get new students. Each candidate student will pass through two tests, which are subject test and TOEFL. The subject of the test is given based on candidate student course. Managing and processing admission include determining admission test room, input candidate student’s identity, print out admission test card, print absent admission test, print admission test tags, and determining integrity. Whereas announcement admission test including announcement based on name, form number, or course. One new application that developed by using short message services is create for candidate students to know the information about result admission. The managing, processing and announcement admission test is made using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as programming language, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 (Enterprise edition) as database and Seagate Crystal Report 8.5 as report system.
