Abstract

Resital Junior “Blind Side” dan Resital Senior “Idealistic” merupakan proyek konser gagasan penulis yang diselenggarakan penulis sebagai pemenuhan akan sebagian persyaratan akademik studi musiknya. Konsep dari Resital Junior “Blind Side” adalah mengajak pendengar untuk lebih memerhatikan hal – hal yang seringkali luput dari perhatian padahal mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting. Untuk mendukung konsep ini, penulis mencoba untuk menekankan fungsi utama dan peranan instrumen bass kepada pendengar. Sehingga orang – orang memiliki ketertarikan pada instrumen bass. Melanjutkan konsep resital junior, penulis mengusung kata “Idealistic” sebagai judul resital seniornya. Kata “Idealistic” yang berasal dari bahasa Inggris, merupakan pengembangan dari kata idea. Idea atau yang diterjemahkan dalam bahasa Indonesia menjadi ide, memiliki arti rancangan yang tersusun di pikiran. Dalam resital senior ini, penulis ingin merealisasikan ide – idenya dalam bidang musik dengan mengedepankan budaya Indonesia. Sehingga, orang – orang yang hadir dapat memiliki ide – ide baru dalam berkarya dan berani untuk menjadi diri sendiri.
