Abstract

CV Agromart Alam Lestari merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertanian dan perkebunan. Perusahaan ini masih menggunakan proses manual dalam setiap transaksinya. Namun dengan semakin meningkatnya jumlah transaksi, maka diperlukan sebuah aplikasi untuk membantu perusahaan meminimalisasikan kekurangan dari proses manual sebelumnya yang masih memiliki kekurangan, seperti contohnya proses manual yang masih dicatat menggunakan kertas sehingga pencarian data tidaklah mudah. Kemudian, pemilihan produk dari pemasok tidak mempunyai prosedur yang khusus. Proses manual sebelumnya juga belum dapat memeriksa produk apa saja yang masih tersedia di gudang penyimpanan, dan hal inilah yang dapat menimbulkan kesalahan dan penghambat proses perencanaan berikut dengan pengerjaannya. Aplikasi ini dibangun agar dapat membantu perusahaan mengurangi kesalahan yang disebabkan oleh manusia yang dapat terjadi sebelum proses komputerisasi. Proyek akhir ini terfokus pada proses pengembangan termasuk analisa sistem saat ini, requirements gathering, desain dan tahap instalasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan metode prototyping. Aplikasi yang digunakan adalah VB.NET 2008 dan SQL server. Proyek pengembangan sistem menggunakan UML versi 2.0 yaitu use case diagram, activity diagram dan class diagram. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat menfasilitasi perusahaan untuk melakukan proses pembelian dan penjualan barang. Sistem dapat menyimpan segala transaksi dan menghasilkan laporan seperti laporan pembelian, laporan penjualan, laporan retur barang, laporan data mengenai konsumen, karyawan, detail produk dan detail pembayaran. / CV. Agromart Alam Lestari is a company that engaged in agriculture and plantations. This company still using the manual process of every transactions. However, with the increasing number of transactions, it would require an application to help the company to minimize the lack of the previous manual process that still has a deficiency. For instance, the manual system is recorded on the paper so it cannot be easily to be recognized. Subsequently, the selection of products from suppliers does not have a special procedure. The previous manual process is also not be able to check which products are still available in the warehouse, and it can lead errors and obstruct the following planning process. This application is built to help the company reduce errors caused by humans that can occur before the process of computerization. This final project focuses on the development process involves analysis of current system, requirements gathering, design, and installation plan. The methodology used to develop the proposed computer-based application is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with evolutionary prototyping method. The application used Microsoft Visual Basic.NET 2008 and Microsoft SQL Server. The application development project is modeled with diagrams of UML version 2.0 such as activity diagram, use case diagram and class diagram. The final result of this study are to facilitate the company for doing the order and purchase processes. It can record the transactions and generate reports such as purchase reports, sales reports, sales return reports and also another reports about customer‟s detail, employee‟s detail, payment‟s detail and product‟s detail.
